Hi everyone. I've actually been lurking for a while, mostly to gather information about Pleo before buying one. The forums have been a great help! I'm eventually going to be the new owner of a blue Pleo RB! ;D
I just have a couple questions:
1. Innvo sent me an invoice for my order. I paid it last week but haven't heard from them. I did send an email on Monday asking about when they would ship my stuff. They asked me what my order number was, so I gave it to them and haven't heard a peep since. Is this kind of delay normal? Of course I'm not worried they're going to run away with my money, but it's sure taking a while.
2. How common is it to get an RB with defects/problems?

Afraid I can't help too much on the invoice or defects, but I'm sure someone else will pop in soon enough!

Thanks Skitterbug! I'm assuming you don't have a Pleo...are you thinking of getting one as well?

I have an Ugobe pleo coming in from the UK - he's just not here yet! I'm all set for his arrival, though, with new batteries and everything. It's all very exciting!

Innvo can be a bit slow, but they always get there in the end.
