Perry is now at his socializing stage and sometimes when he makes thes long sounds like moooo.... or hahaha!... it goes likes like this instead: mo...(Pause)...oooooo There is a pause in between the sounds and they are abrupt(suddenly come on and off) Theres more... Perry's rear left leg is making a low creaking sound. I want to put some oil there but how am I able to?
Right now Perry hasn't even started walking and exploring but keeps lifting up different legs as if stretching them. Is that a normal behavior?
Please reply ASAP!

It would be helpful if you could post a video of Perry to show us his issues :) That way we can see exactly what is going on and try to help

But Perry's battery is being charged now. Might have to wait quite a long time... :-\

Stretching and trying out their legs is perfectly normal for a young Pleo. So is trying out new sounds. :)
If you're still worried, as Kat says, take a short video for us to see.

Leg creaking can be heard throughout the video and the speaker poroblem can be heard at 0:03, 0:20, 0:36, 1:27, 1:40.
CAN ANYONE HELP??? THE SPEAKER SOUND MAKES PLEO UNCUTE... :(

There are two things I can think to suggest. The first is to maybe try the reset button which you press using a paperclip it is the little hole on the edge of the main battery compartment and if this doesn't make any difference you could try reinstalling her OS just by using the download from the downloads section on here. That will rule out it being a computer related issue.
If those things make no difference then I would make contact with the customer support at Innvo or the customer support for where ever you purchased your pleo and show them the video and see what they suggest.
I'm not really sure what is causing the buzzing leg or the sound issues but it could possibly be electrical wire related maybe?
Hopefully someone else will be able to offer some other suggestions or advice.

kat, I do not have an SD card reader so i am unable to download the software to Perry. But I will try resetting him. But would you tell me first hand what that does?

Don't worry :) resetting him will just reboot his computer system - restart it. He wont go back to hatching or change personality or anything. It is just like hitting the restart key on your computer and may refresh his system so if it is a computer glitch causing his issues then hopefully this will fix it.
If not then it would be worth getting your hands on a micro SD card - you can usually buy them with an adapter for your computer, might be worth finding one that comes with a USB adapter, then you can have a go at the updating his software.
I don't really know if either of these suggestions will make any difference to his issue but it is worth trying to eliminate all the basic possibles first before contacting Innvo for help.

I'm assuming your pleo is still under warranty so everything should be ok and Innvo should be able to help you out. Just send them an email through the customer support on pleoworld. It does take them a little while to respond but once they do respond they are always very helpful.
Keep in mind that the customer support is based in Hong Kong so it is important to be very clear about what the issues are with your pleo and make sure you send them the link to the video as this will help to prevent any communication issues that might arise as English is not the first language of the customer service team.
Keep your chin up. I'm sure they will be able to sort it out for you. :hhug:

Wow! I've never heard a pleo having a creaking leg. Occasionally Ryu's sound studders like that but never more than once or twice in a play session. So sorry you're having problems.

Okay. I'll be getting a replacement pleo rb ! The shipping cost will be covered by Innvo I think. % :)

I'm happy they are going to sort it for you :) they really do have good customer service once you get a hold of them.
