I'm back & have finally decided that I will indeed be treating myself to a Pleo RB for Xmas this year. Ive been looking at the PleoEurope site to buy from but for some reason a little wary.

Has anyone brought from here before? Was it good service?
Does the Pleo still have a warranty from here?
Also any customs charges? Last thing I want is hidden charges

- Excellent service, but do not be warned if your order status does not change and stays on status "pending".
You`ll receive your pleo very quickly, I got mine 4 days after purchase!

Does the Pleo still have a warranty from here?
- Yes it will have full warranty because they are the official european retailer.

Also any customs charges? Last thing I want is hidden charges
- I believe you are from the UK, then NO.. no custom chargers!
I believe pleoeurope is a sister site of robopolis ( basically innvo contracted Robopolis to distribute Pleo in Europe ) and Robopolis is located in Spain :)

Sorry I didn't get back on here sooner thanks for the help!

I do have another question for you; would the RB's adaptor wire work to charge a Uglobe's battery?
Bit of a random question I know.

No, the RB adapter can't be used for the Ugobe green chargers and batteries.
