Title: My Pleo has frozen and won't move!!!

Hello All my Pleo has frozen and I have tried changing battetries and turining her off and on again and I just cant get her to move! Can someone pleeeeeeeeeeease suggest something I can do to get her working!

Please can you explain exactly what happened, and if you get anything at all when you switch on again.  Also, what are the batteries?

I came in this morning and my pleo had frozen her head is high and eyes are open the batteries are brown...just the ones that came with my pleo. yeah she was moving and now not. I have tried differentbatteries and switching her off but shes juststaying in that position. And when the battery is in the light underneth stays green. HELP ME PLEASE!

OK, so this is a Pleo RB I'm guessing?  Have you tried a reset?

No i haven't treid reset as I don't want my pleo to go back to it's factory settings...or is there a way to do it without that happening? And if so how?

Remove the clock battery, turn Pleo on without it, wait for beeping, turn Pleo off, reinsert cock battery :)

Report here if Pleo fails to beep.
