Title: Is it possible to change your e-mail on pleoworld?
Post by: pickelish on April 21, 2012, 07:50:02 PM
I own a Ugobe Pleo and made a pleoworld account with her about a year ago. Today when I tried logging onto pleoworld it kept saying "invalid username or password".  I'm 99% sure that I am using the correct password, but I got them to send it to me just in case. The problem now is that  I have no way of receiving my password because we have recently changed our e-mail address and our old e-mail account has been deleted. I tried to create a new pleoworld account but it says I need a security code to register my PleoRB and I don't think my ugobe has a security code? Do I need to own a Pleo RB to be able to go on pleoworld?

Hello :) Pleoworld has undergone quite a few changes, you'll need to re-register :( Just leave the Pleo serial fields blank, there's no red asterix so they aren't necessary.

I keep getting "For Register PLEO rb, Security Code must be fill!"  :(
Oh well, there isn't very much on pleoworld for ugobes anymore anyways. Besides, we're already members here and this is hands down the best pleo site! :)
Also, I'm thinking of adopting a previously owned pleo RB. Do you happen to know if I would be able to re-register that one online or will it stay under the old owners name/account?

All old Pleo's are out of warranty now anyhow, so there is no need to register them, or change their registration details.
