Title: search in the forums

I'm having trouble with search in the forums (sorry if this is not the right place to post).
I tried to search for the word 'research' from a recent post

but search didn't find it.  I had to hunt around til I figured out where it was.
Is there something on the forum not working right to create the index?

I just tried typing 'research' in the search box and the thread came out third on the (admittedly long) list?  Just under this one?  :moose:

I did some general maintenance on the database last night . . .  cleaned out old log files, ran error checking, optimized.  Nothing related to the search.  But it could be my fault.

results are much better now.  No idea why.
