Just thought it might be worth drawing attention to this, this guy 'Luckytom' does Aibo repairs but also offers Ugobe Pleo repairs:

The Pleo section translates as:

Examples of possible repair costs (incl. VAT):

     Cable for head movement up / down torn: 89, - €.
     Cable for head movement to the right / left torn: 99, - €.
     Defects on one leg: 79, - €.
     Electronic defect (Pleo can not turn on): 109, - €.


NOTE:

A cable repair may be more systemic in nature with the same stability as performed at a new purchase. A re-repaired damage to the cable line through violence is NOT covered by warranty. Of course, we guarantee a proper implementation of the work we repair.

cool Crewella the Luckytom is already very good for Aibos and Pleos. :)
