Title: Where to buy Pleo in the U.S.

I have a co-worker of mine who absolutely adores Sophie. She was asking me where is the *best* place to buy Pleo in the U.S. Heck, it's been ages since i've bought a pleo, so i have no clue. Besides sharper image is out of business. I'd like to have a place to get a Pleo with an extended warranty that's not too expensive for her. Any suggestions are more than welcome.

The only place I know of is Hammacher Schlemmer. Don't ask me to pronounce this. But If they are still selling pleos, originally, they had a life time warrenty.

On the actual BobThePleo.com site, I have a link to Amazon.com (that earns me a couple of bucks in commission ;) ).  They still have pleos in stock, and they are pretty good at taking returns.  But not sure where you'd get an extended warranty.

The place I always used to say is Hammacher Schlemmer ( http://www.hammacher.com ) because of their lifetime guarantee.  Amazon will be $100 cheaper.  But you can't beat a lifetime warranty . . .

That's true. I think both are great ideas, either a cheaper pleo (which helps my favorite website) or the extended warranty. I should talk with her, and see what she'd prefer.
