Title: what can i doo????

Plees help me my little lunas (pleo) neck isn't normal like before   :'(
She cant move her head down and if I hold she down under to put the Vaters it falls a little bot down but she can move her head left right up and (down  ???) (I will show you a video or Photos soon) P:P

Please help me  :arms: (: :bowing:

First switch off and let her cool down a bit .... then switch on.  That can sort out a problem sometimes.  I hope.  :)

Don't keep running if you're not sure what is wrong ........  :moose:

Post a video if you can - we'll help if it's possible.  :)

Sadly, that might mean the bottom 'down' cable has snapped ........  :'(

glen's neck was stuck for a while (head up) and i simply removed the battery, works for me!
