The baby is so cute. The description on how the snake would have folded him up to fit him in it's mouth was less cute...  :o

thats a nice morph i wounder what that snake/morph is...

The snake has the color and markings of a Reticulated Python.  They can be very aggressive and have a very nasty bite.

Awwww......... most retics have much prettier markings than that - they've bleached the colours out!  I agree, the head looks right - I have a very soft spot for reticulated pythons!  :D

i knew i saw that snake before.... i love Retics there such big snakes tho :( im stuck with a corn snake oh well i love him to bits even tho he bites sometimes here in Dryden we are not allowed snakes over 6 feet :( and after seeing Satin's personality i know some can be a handful :o

I thought of you, Bonus, when I found this old pic (from about 20 years ago) of Dutch - he was a 16 foot Burmese ....... and several handsful! :P

wow what a beautiful snake... Milo is all cranky right now going into shed lol I'm pretty excited right now i won an autographed DVD from Brian Barczyk he runs "snakebytesTV" and has over 30,000 snakes he got me into my reptile hobby :D i look forward to getting it

He was actually about to shed there - he looked even better with a fresh skin!  He wasn't mine - I used to rescue and rehome reptiles and I had him for six months in my big tank (which was still too small, really) whilst we found him a proper home that could house him.  I wouldn't handle him alone in the house, he was a friendly soul, but you just don't take chances when they're that size!

He'd have swallowed a Pleo no problem!  :-X  :P
