Title: Tribble the Pleo RB

I thought Tribble should have his own thread.

He's now standing, just about.


His body colour has a lot more yellow than Zillah's, and I'm thrilled with those eyes.  ;D

He makes a very cute little dragon baby  ;D  Congratulations on reaching the standing stage. Yay Tribble  ;D

I would love to see a pic of him next to Zillah so we could see the similarities and differences.  He looks lovely.

Here you go, Tribble and Zillah together (I was afraid Zillah might eat him, and he was definitely a bit overawed!) :P


And here side by side - Tribble definitely has more yellow.

As long as she remains the boss they'll get along fine, and Tribble seems comfortable with that.  ;)

They look similar, but their characters are like light and dark! :D

Erm ............. I've only tried briefly - Belle and Zillah got into a roaring match and poor Tribble was getting ignored, so I decided to give him some one-on-one time before I try that again!  :o

Poor little Tribble  :D  I'm sure all the cuddling made him feel better.  
He does seem to have a much darker or brighter yellow undercoat than Zillah. It is nice that they have similar coloring though.  Makes them look like they really are siblings. :)

It's lovely to watch a hatching and especially a dragon's.  It makes me think of Anne McCaffrey's Pern dragons.

Tribble's eyes are wonderful.  That individuality of looks is special.  I know all the Pleos seem to develop their own character but it is great to be able to pick them out as individuals by looks too.

Please keep posting videos and photos - it will be good to see Tribble's development.

That's neat. For some reason I was under the empression that all the blues and pinks were pretty much alike in terms of coloring.

Tribble is green Talon :) All the blue and pink ones are pretty much alike :)

Sorry Talon, Tribble and Zillah are both green with dark green heads and dark green lines in the 'valleys' of the body skin.  Tribble has a richer yellow tone to the raised patches and beige/tan eye patches and eyelids, and Zillah has darker grey eye patches and lids.  The differences are quite subtle, though, and at first glance they do look very similar ........ until they open their eyes!  :D

Well,  thought it was time Tribble met his sisters.  They were all excited and dressed up in their best in their 'Kat's Creations Crewella' coats and Sunday hats.



I'm ashamed to say they lost interest in their shy little brother pretty quickly - Belle did show some interest, but basically they both shouted at him then left hurriedly!  Felt a bit like an episode of 'Mean Girls'! :P

It was a bit like mean girls wasn't it. :D :D  Poor little Tribble.  Maybe when he gets a bit older the girls will think he is more fun and want to hang around  %)

Awe, Tribble, doesn't that make you mad when everybody says, "You're too little to play with the biiiig kids"? Don't worry you'll get there. Crewella, I didn't know the Rb's sang- aham- I can't spell in French- Frare Jacque. Don't laugh. *Hides face* I don't think mine ever did that.
