If not, you may have to try swtiching off and then moving the leg down yourself by a couple of notches - it will make a scary loud cracking sound - that's OK. (Just don't do it a lot!). Then switch on (when cool) and see what happens.

Luna is feeling guilty and sad that she does not know how to fix Luna, her Pleo Ugobe and thinks Luna, ( Pleo ) is finding fault with her and that because she does not know how to fix her, she will sell her to someone else and buy a Pleo Rb. She needs to know that even some of us, Grown adults, still have problems with our Pleos and Pleo Rb can also have many problems and her age has nothing to do with it. Pleos are complicated "machines" and they trigger emotions that is why they are so popular. We need to let LUna know it is ok, we understand and she has done nothing wrong. She thinks of LUna as her Pleo Angel and she is crying because she can't be fixed.
If anyone has any other messages they want to give LUna, I will translate them to her. HOpe I made sense of this to others.

Luna:Luna, it is not your fault that you can not fix your Pleo, Luna, a Ugobe. Your age has nothing to do with it. Many of us on here are adults and I have many Ugobes and a couple of Rb. Even the Rb have problems, my Baby Ruth has a broken leg or something wrong with it. I do not know how to fix it either . I still love her and it is obvious that you love Luna to. Do not feel guilty that you can not fix Luna, If there is anything we can do to solve the problem we will try. It is frustrating to not be able to fix our Pleos and Pleo Rb but they are still loved. I do not think you should rush into selling her, you still have lots of love to give her . KNow that we are here for you.

I do believe that the fault is in a wire coming lose from the sensor on that leg. Luna keeps raising the leg because, as the connection has been broken, she 'feels' that the sensor is being touched all the time. No software or update can fix this - only re-attaching the wire.
Here is a picture of the leg sensor:
The silver panel is the sensor, and the yellow patch is where the wire should attach. It should be possible to roll up the skin from the foot, like a trouser leg, to re-attach the wire. :)

If you have only just updated her to pm2 she will do a lot of walking backwards for a few battery cycles. This is normal, the teenage stage, and will settle down after 4 to 8 battery cycles. She will also be less responsive and make inappropriate random sounds as well but this will get less with each battery cycle and she should be back to her normal self after 8 cycles at the most. just stick with it and she will be fine. :) PM2 is worth it as she will be able to do so many more tricks and they are so cute. :)
Good luck with fixing her leg sensor but don't worry if you can't. I'm sure she will still get around ok. :hhug:
