Hello,
I just got my new Pleo RB. I charged the battery completely. Pleo RB opened the eyes and kept standing still. I installed the 'Clock Battery' as per instructions in a way that the flat (+) side faces the battery cover and screwed it tightly but still the 'two beeps' continue. I tried a lot to see if there is a problem with my battery installation or something but the result is the same.
Please guide me.
Thank you

It sounds as though the watch battery is not in properly. It needs to fit UNDER the two tabs at the side like the pic below. As you put the cover back on, it will push the battery down into place. Try checking that, and if you still have problems come back here. Good luck! :D

It does sound like it is a clock battery issue. If trying again to insert the battery like Crewella suggested doesn't fix it and you are confident you have installed it correctly then you may need to replace it with a new one. A few pleo rb's have arrived at their new homes with a flat clock battery and needed a new one to get them going. They are relatively cheap and easy to get though so it shouldn't be too much of a problem if you do find you need to replace it.

Also, did you press inside the tiny little hole/button after installing the battery to set her clock? you didn't say whether you had or not so that could be whats wrong.. Sometimes they are different sizes, I had to use the wire from one of those plastic bag ties (like for bread..etc) to fit the hole for my pink RB...
Best of luck!!!
