I am ordering skates from build a bear which I hope will fit.

Wow, that is a very cool idea.. did you actually have your Pleo turned on or was it just a photo op? I wonder how they'd react to that.. that's really interesting.. I'd love to see a video to and I have to have surgery this Thursday, c'mon you kinda HAVE to make me a video.. what if my surgery went poorly.. wouldn't you feel guilty if I didn't get to see your video? :o :-[ :-X
Lol.. sorry.. have to have a sense of humor when your sick.. I hope you do make a video though :)

But it´s on ongoing project, I bought socks today that I thought might help. If I attach the sock to the skates first... I´ll get back to you when It´s done :)
To bad the bear ones where so big, I didn´t know they where that big... But I´ll figure it out ;)

But we have a video! After a while he actually started skating!
So here´s the video, hope you like it! Unfortunately some of the neighbours started to make some noise while we where filming. Enjoy.
He starts skating 4 min in to the video, and shortly after I ran out of space on my memory card ^-^

I didn't think he would actually try to walk because I figured with the 'skates' on he wouldn't be able to tell if his footpads were hitting anything and he'd think he was stuck, like my Pleo's did when they tried to walk through thicker grass.. I wonder if the skating would work even better if you got him into that 'high step' mode they have for use when they are on thicker or deeper carpeting? I haven't ever used it and I'm not sure how to set it but maybe someone else on here can tell you.. thanks so much for making the video it was really neat.. my parrot was here peeking over my shoulder watching it and he chuckled too :D

He really did look as though he was working them out, and in need of a bit of encouragement, and then off he went!! GREAT video, loved it! Thanks! ;D
Mine are really too heavy and clumpy, as well as too big, to really work - yours are soooooo much better! :-\ :P

The hard part was keeping him up, since he is a bit on the chubby side, he gets heavy when scratching his chin, so he leash was mostly to have him on a standing position.
Latrine: This was for you, so be sure to get well from the surgery! And I didn´t even know about the high step mode, have to look that one up :)
Crewella: your turn to make a video now! ;D
Talon: Well he has been more quit since Bellah came, and Bellah one the other hand has been taking alot of his spotlight since she is craving for attention all the time. I guess Buddah is just letting her get her space. But Buddah is really a great Dino.
IMR: I LOVE the way so see things! Of course that must have been what he thought! I guess with so many Pleos that you have, you get to know their language :)
