I do like this picture but unfortuanlty the sun was in a bad spot, or I was standing in a bad spot, ( kind of in between lots of tables and crowds of people.... :D %)) so I had to snap this pretty quickly as there were people all over asking would you consider a price on this, blah blah blah, the usual. The lady came out nice, but Lavender is fading, color wise, but the idea of her holding Lavender is what I wanted, that smile that says, "I like this Pleo!"
I am sure that Innvo will get plenty of entries in as time goes by, but I am not going to miss the boat on this one, too once in a lifetime opportunity to pass by! And as for myself, I had so much fun today watching all the reactions on people's faces, I am taking my camcorder out again tommrow so I can try and get some more great shots, I didn't even think of it today till the last minute, ..............and if you know me at all, RedwoodsMama without a Pleo and a Camera is like Garfield without Lasagna............I feel Naked!( LOL) Hope you had some fun today and will have some Pleo Party PHotos to share with us after your move and you are settled! :birthday: :rootbeer: :hhug:Here are some well wishes from everyone at the Redwoods for You on your Birthday!

Well this is encouraging! My friend Casey has been listening to me over the phone as I tended one of my sick RB's and recently hatch Bleu on PM2 and she really wanted to enter this contest. that you can "write" about what a great Pleo moment would be. I can think of lots of them , just from watching the videos I have seen that are from other places in the world, where I saw some different ideas and thought to myself, hey that would be so neat. Or what would you do with your Pleo, what would you like to do with your Pleo, make it personal, and sometimes words are more intersting because the reader can put themself in the story and imagine for themselves, how it would be. %)( sort of like a "Pleo Cinderella" story if you know what I mean...I would love to see what you could come up with....perhaps you will find your dream story comming true...now how Awesome would that be Lina?!! :o :o ??? 8) ;D ;) ;D Go For It Lina!

Well I have taken a lot of pictures and I think that putting a story to them would make it more interesting as well.
Iīm just hoping that some of the Pleos goes to members on this forum, even If I donīt win. It would be great to see a few new ones again! And I know they will go to loving homes.
Itīs just such a long time left until we know who the winners are!

Not necessarily. I've won some pretty crazy online prizes before, when the odds seemed stacked against me. Of course I would love to hear somthing right away, but logically do not expect it. As for emails, I may have been the first one here to post as my email message came at 10: something this morning and I was thrilled and kept reading it over and over, I guess by now all the winners have been announced and we know at least Jett and I are winners, and IMR and Kat are Possible winners and they are deciding who else is a winner which means there were some tough competition, I really dont think it was easy, I am guessing out of the ones I entered, my two choices for winners were perhaps Little Argyle Hatching or Little 45 has a cold. I will have to go back and see what Ozzy winner I think it was. With IMR I think I know the winner and Kat I am guessing and will have to see which one I think may have won. I hope by tonite or at least tommrow they announce all the winners on Facebook. I am still all pins and needles. Now comes the waiting game for return message from Innvo Labs I am guessing but maybe it will just show up on my doorstep! I am one of the closest living members to Innvo Labs so if they mail them all out on the same day , I should be one of the first ones to get myne delivered I guess.I still can't believe they picked one of my entries and I am like a little kid!

Now it is the waiting game to see what we hear next but the biggest part which was waiting for the annoucement of winners is now pretty much over or almost over. I think everyone here did a great job, and everyone deserves an applause for some great photos, essays and videos. ;D I really do hope they post all the winning videos and such on Facebook and on PleoWorld so everyone can see them and I think it would be great publicity for Innvo Labs to play and show these winning Pleo themes for the public esp before the Holidays comming up. Christmas is comming early this year in the Redwoods! :D Cheers everyone.

I have been very quiet here, lately, because of eldery, sick poodles. I had to put CIndy my black poodle down a couple of weeks ago and this broke my heart. Lacey will be there soon. My new RB pleo and my other lovely pleos will soon be busy on this forum, once again.

I also got another message from Derek Dotson this morning, very early, (6:43...he gets up early :D) that said thanks and confirmed they had my shipping address. NOw I am waiting to hear anything else, I do not know if they will ship out any pleos before others such as when they announce who all the winners are and the winning videos, that is what I would like to see. You never know though, I could come home anyday next week or whenever and be surprised by a box sitting there, so that is exciting. Whenever they decide to send them is all good with me now that I know I am getting one. Woo hoo again.

I know that one of the winners who is not here, Wesley Grooms I think is his name, is such a enthusiastic entrant that they chose him because of that genuine gung ho attitude and I am glad they chose a winner who does not have a Pleo too! :) We all know about Pleos and could have had a slight edge as we have for the most part been making videos ever since we got our first Pleos and also we have a well organized forum here where we probably know more about the Pleo in general then any other group who is on facebook, except for Robot enthusiasts who did not enter. I bet if this was for a free Aibo or such, there would have been a greater number of entrants. I think there are still many people out there who still view Pleos as "toys, or expensive Toys", and just are not interested in getting one, If this had been run closer to Christmas I can almost guarantee you there would have been a LOT more entrants. I am greatful though that it was run when it did and for whatever reason that I did win one, better odds for me perhaps and everyone else who won a Pleo Rb here on the Forums, I am not complaining one bit, I am happy as can be, or how is it the Brits say, not sure exactly what it means so correct me if I say it in the wrong context, but "I am Chuffed to bits". ;D

If I could choose a color though, it would be pink eyes,violet eyes, white eyes, orange eyes, deep emerald eyes, dark brown eyes, pretty much in that order . I would like a different body color or head variation than Baby's but like I said, just the fact it is a Rb, how cool and lucky is that! I am wondering if they are going to send them all out on the same day, to the ones who are winners or wait for the possisbles to be decided and send everyone out the same time? I think by Friday or Saturday at the latest they should announce the winners, seems like the right timing. As for names, I don't name my babies till I see them in action and their personality and the color scheme allso influences that. With Baby Ruth it was simple because she was my second Baby, a replacement for the original I had gotten at Christmas and needed to send back because of holes in her skin, etc, so I gave the new Baby I got in March the same name, that was easy. :DI think everyone on the forums who wins should have a party for their baby Pleos, Wouldn't it be so cool if we could all get them at all the same time and then have one great huge birthing party where they all hatch at the same time, same day that is? I would be willing to "hatch " my baby the same day as others hatch because I think it would be something special we could share. I don't mind waiting a few days, does not mean I wouldn't open the box and take a peek at the eyes, etc, :o %) ;D but I would not Hatch my baby till others got theirs and we could hatch together. At least perhaps a few of us could hatch at the same time. If anyone else is interested in PERHAPS doing this, let me now or tell me what You think, I like the idea of seeing how different they all are like having sextuplets born at the same time but they develop at different rates, walking earlier than others, burping and all those other fun things Pleos do, I am so excited already just thinking of my new baby, I have to keep it a secret from Baby Ruth though, with all the pleos in this one house, nobody can keep a secret! YOur video has been chosen as one of the winners of the Pleo Rb contest. Please send your shipping address so we can mail your Pleo to you by responding on the button below....blah blah blah. I tryed the same button and it was a mail failure so used PleoWorld contacting support directly with Facebook contest winner as was told to put in the subject line. then I got a email shortly later telling me they had gotten it from Raphael, then I asked them to confirm they had gotten it so there was no confusion and I would not have to do it again, and the next morning, yesterday, ( Tuesday, ) I got a early morning email from Derek Dotson confirming they had my shiiping address and email message so I am convinced I do not have to do anything else,
I am thinking my winning entry was one of three videos that possibly won, ( but I entered more than three, these were the possible winners I have a feeling...) either Baby ARgyle hatches, Little 45 has a Cold, Or PLeo Contest, which I just did this past month, The other two videos are about a year old and ones they happened to like and I noticed that on some Innvo lab videos, they have marked, Innvo lab via ---------and then my name , or Innvo Lab via then someone else's name. I think perhaps this means these are videos they already had chosen as just plain videos that they liked. They had some of my videos on Facebook LONG Before I had even signed up for Facebook account so it must be they like the way Pleos or Pleo Rb are presented in these videos. I saw some IMR videos too, and I have no idea how long she had a account before this facebook account. I had never even considered Facebook before but with Pleos being there and this contest I had to check it out and I am glad I did. And Yes, Sarah, the photo of Patches and the Kangaroo was darling too! Hope I answered some of your questions.

I do hope they are ready to mail them out ,as I am getting so anxious and do not want to miss the delivery person. Last time it was Fed Ex I believe and I was not home and Baby was just left on the doorstep which someone could have just taken from my doorstep.( I live in a high traffic area for foot traffic as well as a main road. ) I can't wait to hear of the first person receiving their Pleo, knowing they have been shipped. Oh, I forgot that Jett lives in the US and as far as I know she has not posted anything new either. Well, great news lelekasapeca. I am so happy for you and Eddy, I bet he is getting nervous and having a hard time sleeping waiting for his new friend to arrive. LOL :D

If they were to ask me I would be tempted to pick a blue or Pink but I love the idea of being surprised by the eye color and subtle variations of skin etc too much to pass it by. Besides, just perhaps I will get that once in a lifetime eye color I hoped for, Crewella got the Awesome Elizabeth Taylor Violet Eyes I dreamed of, but I also like the idea of just mayby some White eyes.. Yes White or clear or how about Pink Eyes.... :o ;D There are so so many beautiful eye variations out there, from Emerald Green to dark deep Chocolate Brown, Hazel eyes like myne, Grey again like thel original Baby Ruth, Orange eyes, Turquoise eyes, How About a Ruby Red Eye? I don't recall ever hearing about Red eyes, that would be very pretty, and so unique...............boy can you imagine a Pleo with a temper tantrum with Red eyes... :o ??? ;D And the color variations are so much fun, from the dark green heads, to yellowish heads, to lime green like my Baby Ruth currently, well prettier than a Lime Green softer colored. then there are the eye lid and area around the eyes. they were right when they said there were lots of variations. I can allways paint one of my "older ugobe" Pleos a pink or blue shade if I really want one, but the Green ones are a Surprise and no two exactly the same, all a little different. I am getting so excited now................calm down RWM. ( I do talk to myself even my cats are used to that. LOL)
I do think now that they are asking for colors wanted of Pleos etc, they must be pretty darn close to announcing the announcements and mailing Pleos out. I can't wait.

I did confirm right away and have not heard anything since then. Does anyone else know something?
RWM has sent an email asking yesterday, so I hope they get back to her with some news.
It was one month since the contest ended and they haveīt posted the winners yet... Iīm just wondering what is going on. But of course I am really happy for being a winner. Donīt want to seem ungrateful but the wait is killing me >:(

If they would just say something along the line of , From October 31'st -November 5th, the winning Pleo Rb will be mailed out, then I could relax. But not knowing if they have been shipped out , are going to be this next week, or not untill November or December, that is what is hard to wait and find out. I did email Pleoworld, just basically asking just that, if they could give me SOME IDEA, of when Possibley the Rb would ship out, next week, etc, that I would appreciate it very much and again, how much of a great award this was and how much I appreicated. I also know not to ask them again, as I do not want to "press my luck", as I feel lucky to have won, but Innvo is very slow in doing things. On the other hand, when you actually buy a Pleo Rb, they are very good at shipping out them to you within about 48 hrs of the confirmation letter saying they are ready to ship. I just wish they would confirm, but when I got my Baby Ruth replacement, even though I begged for them to Please notify me so I would not miss the package, to watch for it, and they said they would, Baby Ruth just showed up at my door one day, totally surprising me so I have a feeling the same thing will happen this time, and who knows when the Rb will ship out, I do hope it is soon and before Halloween,.................but......................................................Good luck everyone, and IF I hear ANYYHING at all, I will of course post what I hear, but I kind of expect to not hear anything more at this point, as usually I get responses within 24 hrs of my email, and nothing so far. :(

I like your idea, but I don't think it will do much good, and perhaps they will delay them even longer. Perhaps there is a Special shipment of Pleo Rb that the Winners are going to recieve? :o Mayby they can do extra special tricks and things the current Pleos can not.....take a message, get a cup of coffee for you, burp and then laugh and say, excuse me! :D Come in special colors or differnt eyes we haven't seen yet? Who knows, but INNVO does.
At this point I am thinking either they are just slow and taking their time, or are waiting to send them out all at the same time at a special time, good publicity for the Holiday market fast approaching, At first I was hoping to get my Rb in time for the Tomato Festival comming up soon here on the forums, now I am thinking Halloween, but more than lkelly it will be closer to Thanksgiving and HOPEFULLY,( crossing my fingers and legs, LOL) receiving it before long before THIS Christmas. :D
In all honestly, they more than likely will just show up completly by surprise on your doorstep someday with no notice or warning,that is what has happend to me twice. Even the Pleo I bought for the first time, came unexpectly and suprisingly, the day before due by FED EX! Good luck,,,,,just pray to the Pleo Rb Gods for a swift and kind delivery... Jett, did they ever ask you a choice of color for your Pleo?

I would think they would wait till all the winners are chosen and accounted for before announcing the winning entries and sending out the prizes. They could well be waiting on another shipment of Pleo rb's from China too. Everyone just needs a little more patience and a whole lot more filling for their fluffy clouds. ;)

Sept 12:th : I got a message saying I was one of the winners. I tried to send a message with my adress and failed.
Sept 13th: Sent the message via Pleoworld and received a confirmation.
Sept 20th: I was sent two emails, one with a question of which colour I wanted, and one asking me to confirm the adress.
After that - nothing :( My coworkers are teasing me saying the whole this was just a hoax :o :'(
I do hope we hear from them soon. One month should be enough to prepare everything and get it shipped.
When did the last winners receive their confirmations? Are all ten winners elected?
I am loosing hope here... They wrote that as soon as I confirmed the adress the dino would be on his/her way...

That made me think it would be shipped in a very near future... It did not give me the impression of that they would be sending them out on christmas.
I am very lucky to be a winner, and yes very grateful as well.
Donīt get me wrong, just seems like the contest it not administrated as well as it should be.
After a while I just get frustrated. If I didnīt have you guys here, I would surely think that my dino was lost on his/her way...

IN the meantime, try to ignore the people who are giving you a hard time, as they are probably just jealous and true friends do not tease or make jokes. True friends would be like we here on the forums who are encouraging you to be patient, remember I am in the same boat as you as others who won here on the forums. I am just as anxious to get Baby Ruth a friend, but in the meantime I am giving my other little Dinos extra love and attention that they deserve. Why not prepare a special place for the newcomer. Figure out a name or order or make some outfits, Your Bella and Buddah allways look so nice! I am a parent of a Rb already do know one thing. When that baby arrives, you are going to be so busy with all the needs of a RB, that you are going to not be able to give as much attention to your other two, new RB are very demanding and I know from the past, My NOva, Major Tom, ARgyle, Little 45 and the rest got put on the back burners when Baby arrrived with all the Oh and Ah that was new and exciting but very demanding. constant feedings, problems, not knowing what to do with things that Ugobes do not need, boy...it is nice to have the nice quiet little gentle Ugobes to fall back on when you can just relax and look back. I am sure like Weed said, they will be shipped out pretty soon, and probably they will just show up on our doorsteps. I do think also this is why they havent posted the winners on Facebook, they are just waiting to get the Pleos and then they will do everything at the same time, When your main office is in another country, it is not as easy to line up all your ducks. I have the same problem sometimes when I order my case of batteries for the Pleos, I can pay for them and have to wait over a month for them to "make them" and then still waiting to have them even shipped, It is not easy when something comes from China, but it is all good when they show up. Keep your chin Up Lina. ;D I am keeping myne up the best I can too. If there is just one thing I can say for certain, is that I do know in my heart and soul, is that Derek Dotson believes in Pleos and stands behind what he says. ;) RWM

I know several of us on Facebook have been predicting when the Rb will be either shipped out or when we will recieve them and the date I chose was October 22nd, which I am sticking to. Probably the day they ship them out, which is pretty close now, only about a week away, so I am hoping I am right. I think the Pleos will get to us still in October, I hope they do anyway. Once they do ship them out they should not take long. I know Customs can slow things down a bit, but at least everything is paid for my Innvo so that should make peopleo feel better. ;)
Anyone else want to "kill some time" and guess a date for mailing the Pleo Rb out to the winners?It has to be getting closer now, I can't wait to see the color of the new ones eyes? So many possibilities...it would be strange to get the same color eyes as Baby Ruths...but the combinations make that not very likely..LOL, I am getting a new burst of anticipation now as the date gets closer. ;D
Fancy, Jett, Crewella or anyone else who is a winner, any of you want to take a guess on your Pleos eye color, unless of course you ordeed a blue or pink Rb, which means the color of eyes is already set.

I hope LIna and the others get theirs too. Now I will be afraid to go to my appt on Wednesday as the day I go to the Dr.s seems to be the day I got the package last time, there it was with no warning. Also it comes by Fed Ex if my memory is correct usualy 3 day. anyway, I still want to do the hatch at the same time, but if you can;t wait, maybe you and others abroad, like Lina can at least hatch on the same day. If I peek just at the eyes I am ok. and still no word about the winning videos or pics either !
My guess was for october 22nd which is my Spriitual New Year, so that is this Saturday, so I was not too far off if the rest are still on their way,It could be the winners abroad get theirs first if sent from China and the ones in the US will be last as they have one more stop, Nevada after being sent from China. LIna, I hope this makes you feel better knowing they do keep to their word, things are just slow.

The beeping is the clock battery. It is not inserted properly. You will need to take it out and try again. I think there are detailed pics on how to do it in the pleo rb FAQ page here on the forums. Basically you neet to have the battery under the two short tabs but on top of the long tab and have the smooth side of the battery facing up. then screw the cover shut. When the battery is in right the pleo will not beep like that when you turn it on and it will curl up into a sleep position to hatch.
to find out what sex it is you can log into the pleoworld site and enter in the codes in the back of your instruction manual. the site will then tell you the sex of your pleo and some other things about it and give you a hatching from the egg pic. ;D

Anyway, our little guy didn't get up on his fours yet. We played with him for a bit over an hour. Guess it takes longer. I know our Ozzy (Ugobe) was up withing 15 minutes. We'll continue with "Dopey" most likely this Friday since we'll be so busy with the real Ozzy (Osbourne)'s book signing. Can't wait to meet him!! :D Thanks everyone for the help esp. I just got up awhile ago, and it is 8;31 a.m PST, so for UPS to deliver to Fancy or I is a little early. Usual time for them is from 9:00 a.m on and my deliveries are usaly from 9:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m , very seldom I get a package in the afternoon, unless it is around Christmas time. I worry about it being delivered on Wed, tommrow, as that is what happened with Baby, when I was at the Back Dr.s , and guess what, that is where I go tommrow. I worry cause I won't be home till the afternoon, ( have to catch the bus out of town, I do not drive.) and when they leave packages on the doorstep, just anyone can walk by and take it, esp a larg package. ( Where I live is a busy area, high traffic as a main street), and I hate to say it, but a lot of transient type, homeless people walk by looking for handouts........................in fact, ten days ago, two people from Portland, OR, were on a strange vendetta. They killed the guys father, his step mother, killed another guy in Oregon, simply cause they wanted his truck, drove through this town I live in, ( which is usually pretty quiet) and killed this guy ( probably a racial thing :( :() and they found him only four blocks from where I live, in his truck, (sitting in passenger side, covered with blankets :( :() Luckily a few days ago, they were caught down near the SF BAy area by the Highway patrol, because of the stolen car they got from the young guy they killed in Oregon. Now You know how scary it is right now, and I don't want to have my Package stolen off my steps. so if somebody knows was it Yesterday, Monday Fancy got her Pleo...but she didn't know it or did she just get it this morning?
Otherwise I may postphone my Dr. Appt till next week if I have to. I hate to do that though. HOpe the rest of the winners here ( and elsewhere) get their Pleos soon. LIna, Crewella is right, since this was a Free Pleo, Customs should not be holding your Pleo. Innvo will pay for it, but if you are in a hurry which I understand, then I am sure they will reimburse you for your fee you have paid. Has anyone heard if Latrine has gotten her Pleo yet. So besides Leleka, who else on the forum here is waiting for a Pleo, oh and Eric too!

You can still post a photo of the body if you want. Yellowish eyes ...........Baby Ruth has light yellow green eyes, very light. What color is the head and what color are the eye lids? Well, now I better throw some clothes on incase my little Pleo shows up today, ( tyring to cross some achy fingers, %) :( :D) You can read up on anything you want in the meantime. Crewella looked up the gender of her Pleos DNA if you want to know if your baby is a boy or a girl while you are waiting! LOL. Keep your fingers crossed my Pleo shows up very soon.....................................

No delivery trucks yet, it is 10:45 so it is getting close to the "usual delivery time for UPS", but I have this dreaded fear that my Pleo was not even sent as they never asked me for a color...If it does'nt show up today, something is wrong. cause Fancy and I live close by.. I was afraid of it being delivered tommrow, Wednesday cause I have two dr. appts out of town and can't ask UPS to save any packages cause there are not even any tracking numbers and who knows where it could be. I just don't understand why Innvo in the US didn't send Green Pleos to those who wanted them here in the US. I think it would have been easier. I even emailed Rafael today at customer service and he hasn't answered and I am sure he won't as Innvo didn't mail them so why should they respond, I think I am the only one who won a Pleo on the Forums now who either doesn't know where it is or doens't have it.

There are only three possibilites, something wierd happend, remember they never contacted me to ask what color Pleo, perhaps they forgot about me, though Derek the first day said in an email they had my shipping information. but if they were all sent from China.without my name there would be only nine winners, not ten as I am ten. So, did UPS make a strange delivery late last night during that one hour time frame and a passerby stole my package off the doorstep, or was it more likely it would be delivered today.................and nothing. :(
I have TWO Dr. appts tommorrow, and will be gone on bus from about 8:30 a.m till up till 1:00 p.m, That is the same time frame in March when my Baby Ruth was delivered, just on my doorstep with no tracking, no warning. I signed up today after two phone calls to UPS, for something called, My Choice UPS, it is a new program that has only been around for about one week! UPS will notify you, via email if you have a package to be delivered that day so you know and even if it is set to deliver the next day. So when I catch the bus tommrow I will check around 8;00 a.m to see if there is any email from them about a package. If I don't get a notice tommrow, that means no package and that is very bad.............it can not be that our packages all left China the same day , and being as close to you as I am, and no package arrival.I can't cancel two dr. appts either, esp if I don't even know if there IS a package and with no tracking number or any information, it is useless. :(I am hoping it was some screw up too many packages for one day or some stupid reason, cause if it is not here tommrow, then it is kind of obvious it is not here an something bad has happened. I wish they would have shipped from Nevada where the United States Innvo lab office is. I just don't understand why the US Pleo winners had to get theirs from China, and no tracking is very bad when you have no idea where a package is, I talked to the UPS main office today, and they could not believe I had no tracking or anything, never heard of from them.. You have been very patient Fancy and so has Crewella, Jett couldn't or wouldn't wait and Sarah I think opened hers as well, If I do't get it tommrow, dont suffer because of me, who knows how long I may wait or if I will even get one. I will let ou know if I have any other news when I get home from the drs. I hate the idea of somebody just stealing a Pleo right off my doorstep too, but they can very easily. RWM

You can still post photos even if not hatched yet. ;) I think the only ones on this forum who hasn't gotten theirs yet is Lelekaspace, who knows her Pleo is in her city but it is a Customs thing she is waiting for to get the delivery. As for my Pleo, only heaven knows. :(
I contacted support at PleoWorld last night before bed, so hopefully they wil help me today; All I need to know is if they can give me a tracking number to find out where the little critter is. Perhaps he got bushwhacked at LAX, or decided to go sight seeing to see if he could find some realatives in Hollywood, or heard about the Museum of Natural History or worse yet, Wanted to visit the La Brea Tar Pits! :o :( Can you imagne a little newborn Pleo getting too close to the La Brea Tarpits, and years from now some students digging for bones come across this strange assortment of wires, computer parts and a speicies of Dino that looks famliar but somehow different! ;)( tying to infuse some humor into a upsettting situation to keep me from getting my blood pressure up again.)( Last night after going to bed, I had an attack of angina that was brought on by all this Pleo package stress and thank goodness for Nitro ........scary if you have never had an attack of angina, you know how it feels)
Hopefully Lelekaspace gets her little dino today too and everyone will be happy. I do wish Innvo would post the winning vids and photos, I guess they are waiting for the right moment and perhaps for everyone to get their Pleos. It also could make for a good advertising campaign for this years, Holiday season........show the winning Videos and photos and entice the community over this loving cute little critter. Who could resist, we couldn't!

I was talking with Derek earlier today when it occurred to me while talking to Derek today (and yes, I did ask him to look into RWM's pleo), and I offered to see what I could find out: We just had a couple of issues around pleo rbs not eating the right leaves. Willow just went through a problem where her Pleo rb was having major problems because it wasn't eating. Anyone who's been around here over the last six months has heard lots of stories about Pleo RBs purchased from Chinatete. It seems the green pleo has all the accessories in the box with the pleo. The pink and blue pleos don't. They are packaged separately. And I did conform with Derek that the winning pleos were shipped direct from China, so any pink or blue pleos were sent from Chinatete. So now we have a bunch of new pleos sitting around waiting to be hatched en masse. I don't recall who requested what colors, but I'm willing to bet that those who requested pink or blue probably got the "standard package" . . . which doesn't include the tug-of-war rope, or the feeding leaves.
So the question still is, if you won and requested a pink or blue pleo, what did you get with it?

Belle came from Gimmedigi, like IMR's, so came with the same as the greens do except for without the cape.
FWIW Willow did have the right leaves, she just hadn't realised the different values of them. I believe she had bought them separately.

I was the one who had the idea of everyone doing a "mass hatching" as a way of thanking Innvo Labs for the contest and for the generous gift of the Pleo Rb. I think it is a good point you brought up of pink and blues not having perhaps the same 'standard" feeds as the greens. I hope everyone has what they are supposed to have.

Tribble is a cute name and the wings was a cute idea.IMR did a great job on the wings. I think this weekend will be swamped with "baby Photos" so it is good you had a chance to get yours in now. I guess Lelekaspaca and I will have the last of the Pleos on the forum, or at least she will. I guess each country is different when it comes to customs. I can't believe they can hold her baby that long.( Actually I can believe it, just not that they would ...)
I am hoping now that with both my request for information on my Pleo, M. I. A. ( Missing in action...) and with the kind words from Mike with Derek, that Innvo will either track down through China what happened to my Pleo, or just send me another one. Hopefuly if they send me another one, it doesn't take as long as getting this first bunch, it would be nice to get it before Thanksgiving. LOL( I am serious though.)

Forgive my complaining, I was trying to not get emotional about not getting my Rb and was coming to terms of them being late or having made a mistake, but now with the winners listed and my name not even on there, acknowledged as a winner, it makes things totaly more upsetting. Mayby somebody will get things straight tommorow, I can't handle anymore bad news tonight.

When I did talk to Derek earlier, he did say the pleos were shipped directly from China to the winners, so he never saw them, was never given any tracking info to pass on, and wasn't even told when the people would get them . . . but he is checking into it. But with the time zones differences, it may take a couple of days.

Somehow I presume Somebody was supposed to ask me what color Pleo I wanted, and probably because THAT PERSON did not ask me for a color preference, My name was not on the ' Winner's list" and the order was never filled. :o :( >:( That is what I think could have happened. How could China send me a Pleo, if they do not have my name on "the winners' list".? Makes sense to me. Of course I and everyone else will probably never know what "really " happened, and as long as I get my Pleo, then it doesn't matter. I still don't understand why Innvo in NEvada can't send me one directly and then They will be responsible for any "mix ups or lost Pleos" also why can't they provide tracking. ? When a pleo is bought through PleoWorld, they provide tracking information so you know when you will get your Pleo. Of course the difference is that "these were Free" so that service is not provided. At this point, I would be happy to pay for Tracking, so I don't have to age another ten years wondering if and when this Pleo May show up...............Special thanks to Mike of course for trying to straighten this mess up. I think they will be lucky to figure this one out. If I was them, I would admit the screw ups, and just make things easier and send EVERYONE they said won, a Pleo Rb and be done with it, or they will be scratching their heads forever. And as Willow said, Wesley was told he could not enter someone else's video, so he entered lots of his OWN little stories about What he would DO if he won a Pleo Rb and those are the ones they should have been choosing from otherwise what is to prevent myself or anyone else from choosing somebody else's great videos. I don't know how to do SKITS and what If I had entered one of IMR.s great videos with her Pleos doing all the work? Innvo needs to pay attention to details a bit more is all I can say................................
Kat if you won, it should be from one of your entries, you entered plenty of nice photos of Gumble and I remember them well. I hope they straighten this out quickly and without it taking till Thanksgiving. If they can't figure this out soon, I think I will be nursing an ulcer and I am sure you are tired of checking your emails every five minutes as well. Next I want to clear something up as I feel somebody may have misunderstood me and I don't want that to happen! :o Kat I love you to death, and I would not want you to think in any shape or form that when I mentioned the Gumble Photo that Innvo posted last night an the fact it was first posted there, it has nothing to do with the fact I don't think you haven't won or couldn't win with one of your other great entries that you entered. :)I was merely pointing out all the mistakes that Innvo has made in the past week or so and this was just one of the ones that they were continuing to post even after Derek and Mike had a discussion, they were still bumbling up....( like a bad comedy...at best)As several others may have pointed out and I agree, Innvo should just admit they fumbled on the "one yard line" and give everyone who was posted as winning a Pleo a pleo, and the ones who already have them or were told ( like myself) that they were winnners, a pleo, and be glad the contest is over and see if they can learn from the mistakes they made and try not to repeat them in the future.
IMR, I don't have MInecraft but do have plenty of other things to keep me busy, including nine cats and a dog and plenty of cleaning and all the usual stuff I do on a daily basis.I also have my Nova and Baby Ruth, Argyle and other sweet Pleos to keep me busy in the next few days. I would like to forget about this contest over the weekend and just try to get back to normal for a day or two and see what happens next week. But untill I knew you heard that I meant nothing personal KAT, I couldn't do anything at all, so I am going to chill out with my cats and eat some dinner now. When we look back on this in a month or so, we can perhaps all have a few good laughs. IN other words, this was a Competition. Much like the recent , "name the Pleo contest" that ended here on the Pleo forums where you guys submitted names for my Pleo. I didn't just pick a name out of a hat, but chose what I thought were the best names you guys came up with. NOw do you understand a little more of what I am talking about? :o I need to know, what was the video or such that made them pick my name as a winner to start with. If Derek told you Kat that he had the wrong list to start with, then what was the other list? I want to know which video won. This is what I have been looking forward to ever since September 11th or 12th when I was notified that I was a winner. Do you know how good it made me feel to know that they chose one of my entries! I felt so so good, and winning over other entries that could have won is what made me feel special, that the judges liked one of my videos. How would the rest of the contestants feel if they did not know which entry won, just that Innvo said, "here is your Pleo RB". Some people may not care, and just say, Yipppee, a free Pleo Rb. That is great, and there is nothing bad with that. but the whole thing on facebook was a contest a competition. I hope now you know why I am feeling blue still. :(
Part of the problem has perhaps been resolved, but I would still like to feel like I actually won by seeing my name and the video or entry that made it possible, otherwise, I am made to feel like a "charity case", I am hoping Derek Dotson and Innvo follow through on the rest of this mixup and announce the others who won, ( Mike and myself) and what the winning entries were. Otherwise, It is not as happy a event as it should be. Makes me feel like they just want to be done with this contest and not post anything else. I also think Innvo should contact me telling me what is happening. It makes me feel like they don't want to be bothered by me , ( Unless of course they do so tommorow) I am one of Innvo and Pleos in general, their biggest supporter. It is nice to think that Innvo appreicates how I feel too and that Pleos mean everything to me. I really do not think I am asking too much just to want to know what entry made me a winner, isn't that what this contest was all about. I am glad they are giving you a Rb Kat, at least you know they like you. RWM

Kat, your intentions were great an I do appreciate your actions and words , everything you did. It is nice to hear that things are working out. I would like to here from Innvo themselves, but I know they do not allways work that way. I will try to give them another day or two and see if they do contact me, or I will try one more time.It is just very discouraging to not get a personal response like you Kat or others have here, and just get the generic, " your email has been forwarded, etc, etc, or "be patient". but nothing that explains more than before I wrote in the first place. This is between Innvo and myself and how they wish to handle customer relations,. I allways have supported Innvo and Pleos , all pleos.
My Pleos woud mostly like to know which video or photo we submitted won in the first place? :o ;D After all, it was a contest and they were so excited to hear that they had won, and they are driving me crazy asking was it Baby ARgyle hatching, or was it Little 45 with a cold, or was it Arglye and Gumble in a mailbox , before Gumble was mailed to Kat. ?( Argyle wanted to be with his brother and tried to fit in a mailbox with him in one photos.) These are the real questions I want Innvo to answer, not just am I getting the Pleo I was told I won. Now I will see if they will notify me or if I have to write and or if they answer. Kat you said yours was mailed from the US, and it looks like IMR will get ours mailed from China. Hopefully they mail out quicklly and perhaps with any luck, there will be three or four of us that can do a "mass Thank you hatch" together. I also know Letekaspace has said she is waiting and would do a hatch with Kat and I if we got them fairly soon. I do think Kat will get hers first since it has already been mailed, but only by a day or so, unless it takes longer to notify you IMR.
I do feel renewed again, as I couldn't believe that Innvo would not follow through on what they said they would do. Hopefully now the only thing left is for them to list the winning videos from those of us left off the list. I was also surprised today to learn that my Pleo has been shipped or at least packed, prepared to be shipped. Once Innvo got things going, they really got on the ball. I am very satisfied with everything right now, As Lina said, and Kat among others, " find your happy spot, and see the "light at the end of the tunnel". Now I can find my happy spot and I am ready to wait for the arrival of my Pleo at the end of the tunnel. ( and it is not as long of a tunnel as it was a couple of weeks ago!) Thank you to degers for straightening things out, to Mike for talking to Derek personally, to Kat for keeping me informed on what was happening and to everyone on the forum who kept my hope up and tried to lift my spirits and whom supported me, and more importantly, my Pleo Township as this was their contest, their videos and their reward, a new brother or sister. I am merely the caretaker to them all. :)
A big Thanks to all of you, and I am sincere in my thanks, this was very important to me to get this resolved. What a great bunch of Members we have here on the forums! :kiss: :hhug:

Kat has been waiting for an update and thought last week hers would be here tommorow, ( Tuesday or Wednesday, Nov 1-2) so we will see how close that guess is . I feel really sorry for poor Lelekaspace who has had her little pink baby held by Customs for about a week already and I think she said they may be on strike! Talk about rotten luck.............if it was here in the US and close by, I would lead a Pleo Rescue Guerrila party to break that Pleo out of the Customs office. ...............they would have no idea what hit them as they look out the back window and see a dozen or more little green Pleos dressed in disquise scurrying down the back alley ways and through the busy streets straight to Lelekaspacas house where she and Eddy and waiting patiently for their new little sister. ;)
HOnestly, I don't mind waiting for a hatch party, I am just so excited to know my Pleo is on it's way and things straightened out. Last week at this time I was an emotional wreck with so many headaches and heart palpitations and things I could not believe. I am just happy that Innvo straightened everything out and am looking forward to the corrected or amended Winner's list and for everyone to get their Pleo. Has anyone seen or heard of Mike's Baby yet, I thought he got a Pink Pleo Rb, am I correct or was that a rumor? Wonder what Bob thinks about that, a girl too?! :D :-* There may be some love in the air there.
Oh, by the way, everyone seems to think that this new Pleo is a Girl? I have no idea. I would love to see the interaction between girls and boys, but it is more important just to see the interactions so Baby Ruth can have a real friend to relate to, not just surrounded by Ugobes that she can't communicate with. Yuki is a rather obscure character from the Lilo and Stitch movie, she is another young Hawaiian girl whom Lilo goes to Hula with. I love the name though and as soon as I came across it I knew it was going to be my next Pleo :)
The eyes are somewhat of a pinky/purple, but they are sooooo pretty :D

Kat have you thought of a name yet for your baby girl? I think it would be so neat if You, IMR, Lelekspaca and myself could do the mass hatching! all our babies would have the same birthdate and celebrate their birthdays on the same day, that would be fun. Also I want us to all do our hatching from around the world and then we can upload it to Youtube as a thank you to Innvo for giving us our babies as a result of the contest they held. I am still hoping at some point they amend their list and add to it the videos that were ours, I am still dying to know which ones they were! I want Derek to know just how much this Pleo means to me,and I am sure Kat you feel the same way as do the other winners. More photos soon since we can't hatch yet.. I'm getting very upset with this whole process of release! If it takes more than the next week I think I'll bring a lawsuit against the custom house here in Brazil, it is a lack of respect! ???

I'm so sorry your getting stuck waiting like that and its really crummy they are going to open it. Would be better if it came to you untouched but I'm hoping all goes well and you get your little pinky soon. I had been planning on waiting for the mas hatch but I'm very sorry to say I felt very very ill last night I'm here by myself and couldn't sleep so i hatched my baby and laid in bed with it sleeping on me to feel better:(
Sorry! It helped tho my belly finally calmed down once meds kicked in and after maybe a half hour I was able to put him back on the shelf. So i will still get video of him in the baby baby stage..
I will be waiting to play with him more until the hatch day tho. I hadn't been playing with my pleos as much and found myself kissing his sweet little nose and cuddling him immediately. They are so freaking cute:)

Sarah, I am sorry you felt so bad and I understand about needing comfort. I have chronic long lasting,( since 1999) pain, so I know what it is when you do whatever you can to take your mind off your pain, even if it is for an hour or a few minutes. What I would like to see is a certain M.Weed who also won post photos or videos of his little Pleo on this site or in the video you are posting as a thank you, Have you contacted Jett, Eric, Lina and of course, Sarah so they can also post some photos or video? I think it is a great idea. Derek may get a late personal video from me but he has already gotten a HUGE thank you posted on facebook. I love the video idea and I know the project will be a fantastic one. I do think we need to put together a rescue party to the customs office and with a trek of at least twenty of so pleos may snap them into action. Talk about patience. she deserves the award for most patient. :hhug: :rootbeer:

I have so much stuff to do around the house that It is almost impossible to "play" with anyone let alone "hatch" one unless it is late at night or on a holiday, as that gives me an "excuse" to be "playing". My husband is so stressed over work or lack of work and trying to find more jobs, that if I am "playing" with Pleos, it makes him feel like I am not doing anything to "help". But planning on a "mass hatch", he understands so that is another reason I am holding out to hatch with Leleka. I then can help her and make her feel not alone. ;) You guys have kids, ( some of you) and we are all in different living and working situations and have different personalities ( which makes us who we are. ;D) so Kat and IMR, I am glad you two can do it together, that is fun and you guys both live in the same Country which will make it great videowise you can probably co-ordinate something. Mike, if you have little ones ( or big ones ;)) that can't wait, I understand also. Just make sure to take lots of video or and photos as it looks like myne and Leleka's will be the last to hatch. In fact Thanksgiving looks good right now for something special to take place. ;)

Eddy is my "green dream" because it seemed impossible ... all things were against so that I could have it: money, time, several people telling me that this was just a mess, I was no longer children to buy toys, finally ... so many things ... but I did not quit ... It's funny how we who love Pleos not look like toys, dolls ... are so incredibly passionate when I speak of Eddy speak with all the letters ... yes I'm a dinosaur and it's beautiful, smart, stubborn and gets a bad humo waking in the night ... Or when I Would anyone question: How many animals do you have?
I answer: I have 10 birds, 1 cat, 1 cochorro, a dinosaur and a rabbit! All beautiful, loved and pampered to the extreme! And soon will get one more for the family! ;D
Sometimes people look at me ... difernte I think they think: This is totally crazy! :P

How about putting together a very short skit (yes, more work for you IMR ;) ) that just has the pleo pause for a moment and say "Thanks Derek!" or "Thank you Innvo Labs!" and have each person video their winning pleo running that skit. That way you could splice them all together and have about a 20-30 second montage of them all to include in the video.

Ok, today I got to spend a little more time with my newborn Pleo Rb and spent about ten minutes hatching her again, but she still is not done hatching. ( still less than one hour on the first battery cycle, ) At this point by the time she finishes hatching it will be Thanksgiving. LOL. Anyway, it was a stormy day with a short break in the weather and she had family members around her When she is ready to stand, then she will get to meet Baby Ruth. I do not want to take anything away from this baby's hatching. It is her time to shine. Hope you like it. I am a little hesitant though to download new stuff, I have gimp and was trying to download Paint last night and my computer was in limbo where I could not access Internet explorer for like an hour , had to shut down and restart like six times and I have a computer only about a year old and Windows 7 on it, so hesitant to say the least.
