Great CS from  Pleo folks at the 805 214-6993 phone number, very interested in my concern about quality of pleoworld cape and they are refunding me with no hassle.
Wish all my interactions with C.S. were this good!

Glad they were helpful to you! I'm still using my cape's bottom bands and then sortof folding a pair of baby booties down around them so the rubber isn't touching Ryu's skin. I'm trying to work up the courage to take her to PetSmart so I can buy her a doggy-shirt or something. *hides face while flushing*

That honestly amazes me as I have always had tons of trouble with the usa side of their customer service..  I'm glad they are stepping up, best of luck to you!!!
