I have to say I'm not impressed with Innvo. The battery I ordered back in December has still not been shipped and they are still telling me to "be patient". It doesn't make sense because Gimmedigi has them and I could've ghotten one from there during that time, but Innvo have charged my card 6 months ago for it and just use the "be patient" stance.

Wow, Oz! That's sad service if you ask me. I'm sorry I can't offer much in the way of help or information but I sympathize.

Hi Oz, I too have not yet recieved my batteries also pre ordered with my pleo back in December. I do have hope though as I made contact with customer support a week or so ago and let them know. They told me that the batteries have now come in and after I provided proof of purchase they said they would ship them out to me right away. They thanked me for my patience.
Since then I have heard nothing and as yet no batteries have arrived but I am hoping a package will just turn up very soon. :) Fingers crossed. They have not sent me any tracking info but I still hope they will just come. If I haven't got them by the end of next week then I will try emailing to ask again.
If you haven't already done so make contact with them again and see how you go.

If I were you guys I'd send an email and mention the Better Business Bureau in it. That got the ball rolling for me on a few replies that went unattended. And honestly, you would have every right to call or contact them as the company already charged you and did not send the items you purchased.. with the rediculous amount of time you are waiting.. especially when I was able to get my new green rb with it's new charger so quickly when I got meaner with them about it, and the fact that so many others have gotten things so fast, means there is no excuse for them not to send it.. are they hoarding them for the package deals? Good luck guys..

I received a response from them this morning and they're looking into it. Apparently the order had been sent two months ago, but I've not received anything.

So here it is 9.30 am Sunday (Mother's Day) when I get a knock at my front door. It's a delivery guy with the sapre PleoRB battery I ordered back in December :o

It looks like my batteries are also on their way. Degers helped look into it for me and I got an email from Derek this morning. ;D
Lovely mother day present. And delivered on a Sunday! Wow. :) Have fun playing with your pleo for a very long time :D

Great news but boy talk about SNAIL MAIL. LOL. Think a Pleo could have walked there him or herself in all that time, and probably they did!

Oh I'm sure they will but its such a shame especially after you have waited so long already. I had an egg battery that was DOA, the company sent a new one immediately. (That was the company that made the egg batts not the Innvo of course).

Derek emailed me back to let me know he'll send me another battery. Today I received shipping confirmation for it. ;D

Actually I hadn't spoken to Degers about it. I sent an email to Derek myself and he replied back the following day.

My two new batteries arrived in the mail today ;D I have charged them both and given the pleos a full run in them and they work great. :) So happy to have more batteries now I can have pleos running twice as long! Yay. ;D
