Meet Nani the Pleo, she was a secret so well kept that I didn't even know about her ;) Yes she was a gift, she arrived Monday but has been sitting unhatched while I sorted out where she came from. But with that all sorted (Thank you Degers) I will be hatching Nani shortly :)
I wonder what Pleakley, Lilo and Stitch will think of their new sister.
-
What a nice gift, congratulations IMR, I am sure Lilo, Stitch and Pleakley will be thrilled to meet their new sister.Who would't ?! ;D Cant wait to see the hatching, Degers did an amazing job being able to keep it a secret from you btw.

I can't believe I have four ;D
Lilo was very protective of her new baby sister and made sure Stitch didn't get too rambunctious. Pleakley was just smitten, standing there calling to her :)
Hatching video.

Awwwww - she's lovely! I can't think of a nicer thing to have happened, or a more deserving person for a Pleo Surprise! ;D
Congrats IMR, and welcome to our world Nani! :-*
-
Congratulations IMR! I can't think of anyone more deserving! Can't wait to see video of the new member of the family in action! :)

Congrats IMR! :) A secret so well kept that even Derek Dotson had no idea why you have it! :P
-
Nani looks completly happy with her new family and some very protective siblings, and one that is a little smitten perhaps with her. Nice music to accompany it as well. :)

Wow, maybe this does anwer my question about whether this will work or not, Did you just get this from the Hong KOng site or where? It didn't use to work for Green Pleo RB? Do you think this will work for my Pleo, as it didn't work last time for Baby?
Very cute in the egg. ;)

I did both Pleakley's and Nani's on Pleoworld.

Wow - not only a beautiful brown eyed Pleo RB, but Pleowood production values as well! Fab job, IMR! ;D
-
She is beautiful IMR and love the music and visuals as well, Great job. :) How many battery cycles has she been thought now? My baby just finished her first battery cycle which has taken a whole week, but no standing of course, I just haven't had the time. :( Your music seemed very loud which is nice as a lot of times it is difficult to adjust the volume even when the sound is turned up 100%. She is the only brown eyed pleo that I know of here on the fourms, Love to watch the videos.

This is her third charge. I really haven't had them all on that much. Although I ran the lot of them through a charge together yesterday :)
She is very photogenic Crewella :) As much as I like blue, it is nice to have a Pleo with different colored eyes :)
-
I really love the darker brown eyes - they look huuuuuge in photos, real Bambi eyes! I was sure I'd seen one other because I remembered liking them so much - and finally I found him, it was Mrssid's Ourmaurice! :D
-
Ooh yes that was a nice brown too :) I didn't really like the brown against the gray eye patch on Ourmaurice though, it kind of spoilt the look for me.
-
Good find Crewella, I do remember now, because I remember the fancy collar, I do agree I think the darker brown eyes look better with ligher colors like tan or even a light green, but If I had grey and then brown eyes, I would get used to it, because it is my Pleo, And as for having a different colored eye Pleo, the one thing I worried about most when I first opened Pleo Rb #1 and then this Pleo Rb # 2, was any other color eyes, but please no blue eyes, I have soo so many Pleos with blue eyes allready, not that I don't like blue eyes, but it was so nice to get a different colored eye. When I first opened up Baby, Pleo #1 and saw the tint of blue I was slightly upset till I realized they were blue/ grey then I fell in love with her, But now I have fallen in love with the new Baby, green yellow eyes, How can you not fall in love with any of your pleos when they look at you with those amazing eyes whatever color they are. ;D
I am so happy for you IMR, what a truly nice gift, does Nani mean anything special to you, the name I mean, ? It sounds sort of like a nickname for a "grandma" something along that line. Just curious, I like the originis of names. :)

One of the main reasons I decided to buy a blue Pleo RB was because I was pretty sure it would have amber coloured eyes, but you're right RWM, would have loved it in the end whatever colour the eyes were!
I know the answer miss, please miss!

Nani is indeed Lilo's sister from the movie :) Pronounce Nah-ni, she has brown eyes :)
-
THanks for the answer, I would have never known as I have never seen the movie, I am so behind on curent movies in last ten -15 years untill they are on TV for the most part, and then there are still tons I have never seen. Good name , fits her.

Wow, I truly am out of the loop. I've been slightly absent and missed this! Nani is the first Green RB where I actually like the paint job a lot (my green thing, not hating on Green RBs :)). Lookin' good. I really like the eyes too - it's always fun to see the variations.
-
Nani is indeed my beautiful little girl :) I love her colour too, if I could have chosen my own RB it would have been one like her, a nice green, not too bright on the yellow and no odd eye patch colour :)
I'll be getting some videos up this weekend :) I have time again!
-
Nani is a pretty girl indeed, I love her eyes! ;D
-
Nani is really lovely! The name really suits her!
I am loving all the variation in the Rb:s!
-
Nani has a real sparkle in those eyes :)

Awwwww - I do think the brown and amber eyes have a warmth to them, and that eyepatch just brings it right out. :)
-
Nani was being a bit of a show off today :D

Oh! What a very clever girl she is - Belle hasn't mastered that lot yet! Good girl, Nani! ;D
And clever IMR, Pleo Wrangler par excellence! :D
-
Beautiful, Nani! I haven't tried this stone yet as it is the most layered and challenging and i want to save the best for last. Good job, InmemoryofRomeo!

She really is very clever even if she is too modist to say so. :D I have to ask though where did you get the trafic light cards from? I have that stone pack and there were no trafic light cards in mine :( Maybe I just didn't look in the right place. %) I will go and check through all the packaging. :)
I love the little socks too. Very sweet. :)
-
The traffic light cards came with the stones, they were under the cardboard insert along with the trick sheet. Hope you find them, but if you don't I'm sure you could make some out of colour card.
-
Oooo! I hope you find them. They... feel different to me, though. They don't feel like normal cardstock. They're... stiffer and more ummm slick or something. I hope that the colored card paper works and that there's not something special about those three cards.

Ok I searched and I found them ;D I just missed them in the packaging. :)
-
deary me what in infectious laugh! hahaha
just a question to you RB owners, when youve used the stones are they pretty much useless after that? ifso seems a bit naughty them charging you money for stone packs with a one useage.. i suppose unless you own millions of them! :D haha
-
I guess they're really charging for access to the software on the stones. As far as I know, they have no use after you've run them. :-\
-
Yep they are a one time use. Once your pleo has learned the stone you no longer need it.
-
That is not entirely true. I've used my stones to train three Pleo's now (Pleakly, Pleakley and Nani) plus I've also retrained my Pleo's on occasions. If you train your Pleo in a room that is echoey then you may have to retrain to use them in a room that has different acoustics. You may also want to change the command, you might reset your Pleo (ok this isn't an option... Yet!) and in case of technical difficulties they may be needed. Having said that, if you live near someone with an RB you could share them.
-
Sorry IMR, Your completely correct! :) They certainly can be used again for retraining and can be shared between pleo rb's. I more meant that you don't need to use them each time you want your pleo to perform the trick. Once they have learned it then they no longer need to use the stone unless you want to change the command or retrain them. So after they have learned the stones put them in a safe place in case you need them again some time. :)
-
Whew, that would be quite awful if you could only use them once. I was quite congested when Cato first learned my name and after a few days of clearing up had to retrain him as he didn't recognize me.
Great/evil money making scheme though (which would probably backfire lol).
