Title: I want to start making smaller easy robots..
Post by: latrine on March 17, 2011, 05:02:24 PM: whats my best thing to start with? I figured some type of spidery thing or something but I'm not sure.. I thought someone here might know. We have a friend nearby with a metal shop and have soldering equipment and stuff so maybe if I get REALLY good at it I can make a REAL camarasaurus!! then IMR can program it not to eat me or my dogs.. ;D ;D ;D ;D

Personally I'd go with something on four legs first before we start talking about T Rex. Energy and weight distribution would be easier on something that's ummm.... more spread out I guess? Still any ride-on robot would be fun.
