I am so glad that your pleo is fixed!  I got my kids a Ugobe pleo for Christmas and I actually contacted customer support to see if I could install PM 2 on it.   Things like that are easy to do.  Looking forward to seeing pictures of your now working sweetie! :)

Thank you Kat,Saratogaspringer, Shadowmice and Scaly, thanks also share the joys of me ;).

The installation of this firmware better than before I feel, more sensitive and have a good appetite, can 'eat' the leave more than 6 times in a hour, and more active, everytime I give the tug-of-war, she will very cheerful to play with me, that's so wonderful.

And I found Chloe same posture have changed after fixes, if low battery she just stand up and lower the head, if turn off she stand up straight the body, and if she boring fall asleep similar the posture sleeping. Before that, no matter how I turn off, low battery or she fall asleep just same all is sleeping position. And also Not hatching period.

Since Chloe singing just now, so suprised to me, just 2 cycle battery, I never hear she singing before, OMG! This is much clever firmware installation. I'll post some picture and video after that, share with everyone. Thank you so much!!

Hey fossteam,
Have you contacted Innvo or the place you purchased your pleo?  If you are having issues you should always contact them first so as not to void your warranty. :)

Hi, I don't think anyone on the forum will have the firmware to help, but if it was bought in Hong Kong you could try to contact Chinatete: josie@chinatete.net.

Or if that doesn't work try to contact Pleoworld:

http://www.pleoworld.com.hk/pleo_rb/eng/index.php

Good luck!

Sorry to hear about your pleo rb.  But like Crewella said you will need to contact Chinatete or Pleoworld.  I would email both if I were you and see who gets back to you first.  I am sure one of them will help you with your problem.
Best of luck.

Keep trying with Pleoworld, you might do better sending an email direct to one of the email addresses shown on there.  A few forum members have had problems making contact with customer support as first, but most if not all have had good support in the end.  :)

Hopefully they will release the update soon.  I do think Crewella is right and you should keep trying with Pleoworld.
I do hope they can sort it out for you and don't make you wait too long.  I know how frustrating and heartbreaking it can be when your pleo isn't working.

re: firmware update.
I too am waiting for an official firmware update. It should fix the sleeping position issue, and perhaps other things.

BUT, the original probem experienced by nEKo was an unusual dataflash corruption problem (because of trying to run pre-RB software updates on the new RB hardware). They sent a special update that fixed this.

Some questions: (and general diagnostic advice)

Can you please describe the problem with your PleoRB in more detail?

Does your PleoRB do anything when you press the power button ?
If it does not run normally, try running a custom personality on a Micro SD card (like ProbeRB http://www.aibohack.com/pleorb/proberb.htm or even the 1.1 version of Babe http://www.aibohack.com/pleo/babe.htm)
If your PleoRB won't run normally, but will run with a personality on the Micro SD card, it may be a dataflash corruption problem.
If your PleoRB won't run the ProbeRB or Babe personality, there may be a more serious problem that the update won't fix.

i updated my PleoRB with the PM2 firmware of normal Pleo. and the issue is:
-When i press the power button, the LED is GREEN and change to RED after one second. And my PleoRB doesnt do any thing.
-I Can't turn off the light with the power button, i have to remove the battery to turn off it
-My PleoRB still work with a microSD witt .URF file include ( such as vallentine.urf, halloween.urf)

And it fall into this situation after i purchase just one hour. and i think it just corruped firmware

thank you all for attention!

That's such a shame - I'm so sorry that has happened!   :(

Keep trying to contact Innvo Labs on support@pleoworld.com and I'm sure they will help.

OK, that looks like exactly the same issue.
Keep asking PleoWorld for it.

You specifically want the update that has a newer "pleo.img".
(FWIW: I have the one from February, you should ask them for a newer one if available)

Also mention what gender you want (the updates are gender specific)
Good luck
