I can't wait for him to get here.. now I can't help myself and I'm checking through ebay and such to find older models..

Okay.. I also just ordered an older model Pleo with bad ripping to his skin.. poor little guy was left alone, I believe, I'm hoping to get him one of those original capes... then he doesn't have to worry about anything, while my bf and I try to figure out how to fix him safely.. one question.. can older models be reset to 'hatching' state? Just curious..
I think I'm getting addicted and I've never even met one of these guys.

Congratulations on ordering both new and used little dinos. :) No matter what shape the older ones are in, if they are still working, they are fantastic to watch. I hope you and your bf will find a good solution for repairing their skin. That would be a plus for some of our pleos.

And yes, you can set the original Pleos to rehatch - theres a couple of threads on here about it! ;D

Great!! I kinda figure the older one will arrive sooner since it's from in this country and not Hong-Kong..lol. So he'll be the 'big brother or sister' no matter what. (are they 'set' males or females in the older ones? I think this is one from 2009
I'll go look up resetting them.. but I'll see if the old owner will give me some info about the older Pleo first.. maybe he'd rather stay the way he is.
