If you ordered your pleo 2 weeks ago from today then the immediate shipping order was not misleading. . That was 3 days before I ordered mines and I know mines wasn’t out of stock because the delivery’s in transit.
OK that doesn’t really make much sense but what I’m trying to get at is that it’s unlikely that they mistakenly or even willingly took money from your account for an item that was out of stock given they where still in stock when I ordered after you. The likely hood is that they took a hole lode of orders at ces so that’s probably why an there’s an out of stock notice now.
I think, though I could be wrong in thinking this, that transactions with papal are usually instantaneous. At least they have been when I’ve used it.
I know the time difference can make correspondence pretty hard but they should be replying to you. Keep sending emails or until they do.
I have to say I haven’t really had much of a problem when dealing with them. They can sometimes be a little slow to reply but they have always resolved my problems to my satisfaction.
Hopefuly someone will get back to you soon though I think ces might still be going on.

I placed an order for my PleoRB in early December and still waiting. I've had no reply from customer service despite posting 3 emails on their site - it's pretty lousy customer service.
Does anyone know if the delay is longer for orders placed from Australia?

I know they have CES going on at the moment so this could be slowing down the customer service. Did you email via reply to your order confirmation email or did you go onto the pleoworld site and click on the contact customer service? I don't think they check replies to the order email address. I also emailed back to them about my order via replying to the order confirmation email and never got a response. a week later I thought I would try going via pleoworld web site customer service and I had a response with in 24 hours. Maybe give this a go. I have had plenty of contact with Innvo customer service and always found them to be very helpful and very fast to reply. Hopefully this helps you. :)

I've tried all avenues I can think of to contact Innov - emails, posted on their site, responded to the delivery order email and have had absolutely no response. The only thing I haven't done is stay up til the wee hours to phone them. I've had no dealings with Pleoworld before and was just wondering if their customer service was always this slack. Maybe they have all gone on a long Christmas holiday??
Yes, I did order a spare battery and some accessories but even if that was the hold up you'd think customer service could send through an email.

Think the battery has had most of us fooled at first. I managed to get it stuck the wrong way up, Best of it is I know it was supposed to be flat side up but it just seemed to fit so much better textured side up. Unforshonitley it Fit so well that it took me another two hours to prize it out again.
Hope all goes well with the hatching.
Missid. I love your pleo’s name and how he got it. The program rings a bell.
What colour are Ourmaurice’s eyes? Dark brown? Don’t think there’s another dark brown? Very unusual and lovely. Think the blue pleo eyes are a lighter brown am I right?

What's the version of your green pleo? is that RB as well?
Personally I didn't have one, but I found that it will be pretty interesting to own two cause the two pleos will have different reactions when seeing the opposite sex, e.g. when a girl meets a boy, the boy will be very excited with his tail swing left and right and he may whistle too; when a boy meets a boy, they will step back politely and greet the other three times. That's cute :)

Good news, my new PleoRB arrived last Thursday. I've called him Hymie, he's green with brown eyes. I've had a few hiccups - problems with the clock battery and the brown batteries which only seem to be fully charging now. Today he seems to be through his hatching phase (finally!) and is wide awake, wagging his tail and making cute cooing noises. He seems to have a really smootchie personality and loves being cuddled. One question - he keeps burping - is this normal in the early stages or does this mean he is sick? He certainly doesn't seem sick, maybe he just likes the burping noise?

Don’t worry the burping is perfectly normal. It sounds like you have a nice happy pleo there.
He’ll try out a whole variety of noises at this stage but the ones he makes the most will probably be the ones he will settle on in maturity.

But it was a replacement, coming from Hong Kong. It took only 5 days.
He's apple green, with a lot of yellow, grey eye shades and possible very light purple eyes, cannot see properly right now.
I'm not impatient to put Igor in the box though...

I am curious, How many people here on the forums that have sent their Pleo Rb back to Innvo that live in the US and have a Green Pleo Rb, are waiting for a replacement? I have heard of Pink Pleo Rb being sent back, and Kat who sent Norbit back but she does not live in the US and now Ajax who is a Blue variety RB, But how many members are there from the US who have had a Green RB returned are still waiting for a Replacement? I am starting to think I am the only US member who has a Green Pleo Rb waiting for a replacement, all the others are outside of the US. Are there any US members waiting or have they all been replaced already? I know Peanut 2 was replaced,but that was quite awhile ago already. :o

New one is perfectly ok. I was afraid I broke him, and Igor too, when one and then the other went freezing and beep-beeping (just as Kat described).
But it was just the clock-battery that was wrongly inserted.
Pics will be posted asap! The light pink/purple eyes are very nice, very beautiful with the grey lid and eye round. Maybe I'm meant to have a Pleo with light-colored eyes? :)
He has the new sleeping position, standing up. I think the legs might me placed differently, a little bit more apart from each other. And the paint seems to be of much better quality. This should be good news for the next batch of new Pleo-owners!
I am sad that I have to send Igor back, because I have no option to keep his personnality. Eh, he went on with a new sound lately : looking around when he's on his own and going "houhou?", like "anybody here?"! That is so funny!
I'm not decided on the name yet, news will be posted.
I hope you will find your way in those sad replacements too. T
