Good morning chaps, got this from Innvo a few hours ago:
The Pleo RB’s have cleared customs and if all goes well will start shipping Dec 17th.

Awesome news..... I was shipping out gifts yesterday at my local FedEx and was tolds Dec. 17th is the magic last day date (US) to ship out packages for Christmas delivery, if they make that date there will be some very happy pleo owner (like me).... Thank you for the news Derges.. and many many thanks to Innvo!

I'm gonna wait before I buy an RB to see the photos you guys post. I have got to see the colors before I bite for that price. I like the Pleos shown in the PleoWorld video and photos but no offense to Degers but yours is too yellow for my taste and the gray eyepatch is strange. 'Course my worries will fly out the window if my paint tests work and I can paint my own Pleo.

degers quick question, does this mean Pleo Rb are being mailed from the U.S. to everyone on the 17th, or from somewhere else on the 17th? I ask because as lelekaspeca said,( I also receieved an email saying that my Pleo rb will be sent on Decemeber 17th,) but I have not received a email, and I was one of the first members to put in an order? Does this mean only outside of the U.S. there were emails sent or everyone will get an email? I ask because I know there will be tracking with it.

I thought it would be one of the last to have Pleo rb, because they live in another country further away.
But I believe that if they sent this message to me that I live too far away for you too will come, even faster than here for me! :)

Forgot to mention one detail too ...
I had sent an email asking about the issue of credit card and estimated arrival time.
Maybe that's why they sent this response to me. ;)

I'm pretty sure the colours are random like their personalities so you won't really know what your Pleo is like until you receive it.

We can also think of the issue of color, they will be almost unique, each with a different color and your personality!
It's like expecting a child is born, without knowing for sure who will have sex and appearance!
I like this idea, the expectation is higher, is more exciting! ;D

I could order it, then if I didn't like the color, put it on Ebay I suppose (shrug).

I think the color and or personality would grow on you Watergazer, but if you didn't like the color, you could list yours and wait for one on ebay to show up that you could view that you did like! Glad to see you and Herbie back, how is he?

I think pleos pre-orders may be full, or they are updating the page if the pleo has arrived to them.. This is what comes up at pleoworld when you click on get pleo rb....

Right now it's coming up saying "Product '662910' is not available at this time". with no picture of pleo or accessories... my bet is they are updating the page with new info.

I am not sure because if i just google Pleoworld I am able to add Pleo to the cart?Anyway, I got my email this afternoon from someone personal at Innova saying my order ships out Dec. 17th. I will get myne I figure on Monday or Tuesday as I am very close from where they ship them out. I am just happy I got my order in and am one of the first ones to get my name for pre-orders, I was hoping intime for Christmas but knew not to expect it so when degers told us we would get them shipped out on the 17th, I was very happy.

Hey RWM..... the page seems to be working again.... good news...:) I haven't received any emails from Innov, and I put my order in on 12/06/10 at 3:am PT 6am EST (my time)... other than my order confirmation email... nothing has come to my email box.... I wonder what's up since I think I placed my ordered before you did as you were having a problem with the payment end....if your one of lucky I'm very happy the rb will come to you very soon! Well I'm sure either way it will all wash out...:) Thanks for the info!

Hi, I think I got my email right away is because I had a question that needed to be answered right away that had to deal with buying other items that could possbiley ship in the same box or at the same time as my order, so they needed to get back to me right away, I haven't got my confirmation or what is called Tracking number yet, as everyone will get that when shipping occurs on The 17th,

ozpleo, dont worry untill it is actually the 17th, the day they are supposed to notify us and tell us the shipping or tracking number, that is when I am sure they will tell you, Besides, it is still only the 16th, maybe you will hear from them today .

Innvo do seem to be quite careful in what they say - I can't see them letting Degers tell us shipping on 17th without good reason. Hope you get the news soon! :)

"Your order is the first to be processed once the PLEO rb has been inventoried.
The Pleo rb are going to start shipping on Dec 17th".

Thanks Kat, yes pleos for all... that's how you really build a happy customer base... always over estimate your delivery date, and then have your product ready to ship a month in advance and right before a major holiday!!!! Way to go Innvo. They will make many folks super happy!!!!!!

Pleos are supposed to ship tommorow so hopefully everything goes as planned, I think I am the closest person to where they are shipping from , (state next to the huge warehouse where they all are, hope they pick a really nice one for me with a great personality and unique color and beautiful viloet eyes.....I can dream can't I?) Anyway, the shipping and or tracking number should be released early tommorow and I can't wait. I also orderd accessoires and want to be prepared for a hungry or sick pleo. Here is to everyone getting their Pleo rb intime for Christmas and holidays!

Dinolover, you from what I understand were number one to order, you beat me because I live on the West coast, but I am close behind you, only two people behind you ! I am almost certain that we will have our Pleos by Christmas Eve. We should see who of the people who bought a Pleo RB Green variety, gets to post their Pleo first on this site! I can't wait to see how many there actually are! ;D I feel like a little kid at Christmas.

I was more concerned that I wasn't receiving any emails from Innvo at all... I had emailed about their credit card charging policy and not received a response, then I emailed asking if my order was confirmed... no response, and then when I started to read about the other members receiving notice about pleo rb shipping on the 17th , I started to worry since I received nothing... so on my 3rd email to Innvo, I finally received the response I post earlier today... I don't mind if I'm 1st or 200th.. I just wanted to make sure my order was confirmed and would be shipping on the 17th...:)

ehschw76.... We can't wait here...:) I'm really looking forward to making some vids, and shooting some pics of "Mojo" once he arrives and we give him the "frosty the snowman" treatment ....... "happy birthday"...LOL! Plus we have to give kat a vacation.. she's been really stepping up to the plate and giving us all the 911 on the rb... not to mention Derges as well.... everyone on the forum recently has just been so great about sharing info... I'm looking forward to adding anything I can...:)

Ah, mine was ordered yesterday but I want to change the address! Does anyone know if it's through UPS or USPS? I don't exactly have a P.O box but close enough! What have Pleo accessories from Innvo been sent by?
Never mind. Innvo's customer service was great and fixed it immediately!
