Title: How to download LifeOS 1.1 on Pleo?

Once I get Pleo i'm definetely going to get life OS 1.1 as soon as possible, but I'm looking for step for step instructions on how to download it to Pleo. I know I saw them somewhere once, can someone please give me the instructions or the link to the instructions? Thanks!  :D
