I don't know how you could build one, but actually Wowwee has created a internet-controled robot called Rovio. Perhaps that could be an idea......

Thanks for replying back so quickly.  I read some bad reviews on the rovio.  But thanks for the idea. I also look at the spykee internet controlled robot. But I was hoping to build one that could be driven around outside, or if there was some way I could convert my vexplorer to be able to be controled and seen over the net.
