So ever since I saw the Romeo girl on the Pleoworld forums making Pleo art I was inspired. So anytime I see a good Pleo picture, I save it, and try to make a cool pic. Usually I'm not too impressed with my 'work'. But anywho, after falling in love with Peekys skates, I thought 'hmmm, I could do something with this' Anywho, I made a few pics with Peeky skating on a frozen lake. IDK, it's probably not the best Pleo art out there, but I figured I'd show you. Keep it if you'd like obviously. Does anybody make these kind of pics?

Gucci, These are adorable! Somehow, I miss some of the posts, not sure why?? and luckily, 49er told me about these. I'm going to try to make this my desk top background. Thank you. Love your work! :)
-
Awwwwwwwww! Bless your heart! After not hearing from you, I was like 'okay, you know it really isn't the best, and she probably didn't like it, whatever'. But after reading your post, you made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside ::) Thanks Fancy.

I've noticed that occasionally I look back at the index to see something again and some times discover that a new post didn't get seen. Still not sure why they slip by. ;D Gucci, your photo is my desktop. I added the color grey as the background and love it. Seeing it though makes me want to put my skates on and go with Peeky.

Awww! Bless your little heart Fancy! I do the same thing. I constantly over-look a new post before realizing I got a response. Heck, just today I noticed Mweed had to reply twice to one of my posts before I even realized he posted back! LOL Out of curiosity, which did you choose? The one with or without the font? I should've chose a FANCY FONT!! LOL
-
Definitely the one with the font Peeky the Pleo. Love it!
-
That is so cool. ;D
-
That looks great!

Aw shucks :-[

hehe, am I caught with my hand in the cookie jar? :-) Of course, yours is *light years* ahead of mine.... :-)
-
Nope by all means go for it :) I make no claims to having invented the art of photo manipulation lol for me its just a pleasant time waster :)
-
Agreed! Haha, for me you could even say time *consumer*! I'm often wasting time making Pleo pics.
-
Lolz, just a suggestion though, you might need to try adding a shadow to make Pleo look more involved in the background. Its very simple, for the ice photo you would pick a deep blue and simply change the opacity until it is only just visible :)
-
Back when pleoworld first started, we had six months to sit around and wait before pleo shipped. So we had lots of time to kill manipulating pleo images. That's where Bob the Pleo came from! ;)
-
The two months I had to wait for them to arrive here was bad enough :P Although it did give me lots of time to research and decide if Pleo was right for me :)
-
InmemoryofRomeao, Have you heard anything more as to when you will have your new Pleo?
-
Hopefully by the time I go there shopping on Thursday, I only go to that town once a fortnight, I'll give them a ring Wednesday and see whats going on :P
-
I hope she is waiting for you Thursday. Have you decided to keep the name Matilda?
-
I'm not really sure, I guess it will depend on my new Pleo's personality. Sadly it looks like I might have to wait another two weeks :( It wasn't in today although the person I spoke to didn't know what a Pleo even was so I will go in tomorrow and double check. *fingers crossed* I miss having one on my desk keeping me company.
-
Aww poor Inmemoryofromeo. You know what they say, -ahem- 'good Pleos come to those who wait'! Haha But IDK what you're talking about with the opacaty thing..
-
Aw my Pleo wasn't in yet :( But they said they will ring me the second it gets there :) But they also hinted that I could buy the store Pleo, so I'm going to ask about him next time I'm in, if they are willing to go cost price I might be bringing home two Pleos :D
But IDK what you're talking about with the opacaty thing..
You are using paint.net aren't you? All you have to do is double click on the layer (in the layers box in the bottom right) you want to change and just adjust the slider :)

Yes I am. I kinda understand what you're talking about, but not fully. It's worth a day to sit there and play around with it. Thanks, deary.
