kudos's neck has a problem :( it used to get stuck every once in a while them i pused it down until i heard a click then it would go back to normal it only does this once out of about 12-15 times of use and now his neck never gets stuck but when i turn him over upside down his neck hangsbut other than that everthing is normal ???

I'm afraid Kudos may have a broken neck cable, the one underneath which runs to his chin, this won't stop Kudos from having a perfectly normal life and he will be able to move his neck up and side to side, and down since gravity does the work for him. You will only notice it when Kudos is upside down and his neck needs to work against gravity to move.

There are only two cables in the neck. One cable does up/down and one cable does left/right. They attach at both ends at the neck and loop through the servo and come out the other side.
It seems like your neck vertical cable has become broken but has tangled inside the motor wheel. That is my hypothesis

Kudos it is repairable, it will involve surgery though. You would have to cut the rubber skin and peel it back, repair the cable by putting in a nice new one then glueing the skin back together. There was an instructional thread somewhere, give me a minute and I will see if I can find it.
