Title: i am very sad , i can not reinstall version 1.1

hello all
my name is francois and  I live in France , please, I would like your help
for my problem, after installing the last update to 2.0
I started to install version 2.0 with a maximum battery charge.
after the charming voice of the lady 'updating' "My Pleo  made a sound like" argg "
then nothing ....
I waited 10 minutes and turned off my pleo, but  nothing .... pleo refused to work ....

following your advice I install the demo version, it works
But after that i can, only ,install version 1.02 by usb, but after three minutes pleo made 3 beeps and it stops ...
in the demo version pleo worked on over 1 hour
What should I do
I use xp pack 3, I tested with 3 different SD card.
but it refuses to install version 1.1, i can heard the final music, But Pleo is locked.

try the pop installation. It worked for me. If you have a look in my previous post you can find the thread its located in. I thanked InMemoryOfRomeo for posting it

thank you for your help
i have install the pop version, it works
but for example  if i try to install the 1.0 version with sd card, it works,
but if i turn on pleo after  2 or 3 minutes, pleo stop working,
i can not install version 1.02 pleo refused to finish the installation
To be sure my battery is  "full charge" i used the software "battery diagnostic tools"

This issue has come up a couple of times now, and as yet we don't have a solution :( Perhaps try via the USB updater? Otherwise you will have to stick to the first OS until a solution is found :(

i have installed the version 1.1.1
A nice woman voice said" updating"
after 2 mn she said"1.1.1 done"...
AFter waiting 10mn , i have restarted pleo, nothing append...
What must i done after that....
I have a dream.....my pleo should be alive...but nothing

Hello optiplex!

You can the old Software Life OS Ver 1.0 new on the Pleo on it play, and then again the Ver 1.1 on Pleo on it then is the Pleo again the old attempt it times i have it too made and has it super folded good luck.  ;)

I didn't think there was a voice on the 1.1 update... are you sure the files are correct? Did you delete all the old files on the card before installing the new ones from the zip file?

PleoWorld had to create a 1.1.1 updater that doesn't do a version check so that it will let you overwrite any version installed . . .   Thus it will upgrade AND downgrade . . .   and they added the voice bit.
