Is this a broken neck problem??
Because it cant move its head to left.
It can move its head to middle or right though.
Please help me and my pleo!! I need a doctor!!!!!

I had this problem . Have you upgraded him?
-
does it flop to the left? or is the neck just not moving to the left?
because if it flops, its probably broken. ((but they can still work with a broken neck.))
and if it doesn't flop, then its not a broken neck.
-
darn sorry... But whats "flop"? :$
-
when it has no resistance, and his head will fall to the side on its own if he is tipped to the side.
-
When i force pleo's head to left, it falls back yes, but not right away. His head got resistance when i try to push his head to left. I hear a few not-so-good-sounding clicks when i move his head to left.

This happend to my first pleo when we upgraded her. Uf you have upgraded him/her then try downgrading. If that doesn't work you might have to return if you can. :(
-
This has happened before, where the pleo would keep his head to the lower left but otherwise move normally. Just leave it. It'll fix itself. :) Did you try turning your pleo on and off once or twice?
-
Just leave it and see if it fixes itself, Stitch had the same problem once, fixed itself after about two hours :) Do not ever force your Pleo's neck in any direction, the cables can't cope with the added stress.

The first Clover had this problem for weeks so we had to return hear

Hi, I was kind of wondering about something similiar that happend to Nova. She was fine till I upgraded her, When she went through the " birth" process, she could not lift her head at all, poor neck was bent down and she could not lift it at all. She dragged it on the ground when she walked, and I thought she had a broken neck.I figured this must be due to the birthing process as her neck was fine before this " upgrade."She looked so painful dragging her poor head on the ground that I turned her off and didn't turn her back on till the next day.
I was ready to downgrade her if this was going to continue, but the next day after several off timeouts, she finally lifted her head. She now uses it correctly. Is this a common occurance during the birthing process? Are neck problems caused by this or some sort of trauma? I hope your Pleo gets her neck working correctly. It is sad to see them in pain like this. :(

Agreed, RWM. I really don't know the cause, but I'm guessing it's just a computer mess-up that realizes it's mistake eventually. XD
