I noticed a routine happening with Trojan. At first I thought it happened when you moved fast in front of him, but I don't think that's it. Normally he greets all objects with a purr or a playful pant, but I noticed that when something in denim is in front of him, he growls! Normally Trojan's really sweet, but he hates the denim! I'm wondering if anyone has had this experience as well... I just found it interesting.

Just another way that Pleos are different. Trojan may not like the color. Macon hates yellow. ^-^

Do you think when pleo is rubbing its chin to the floor for many times as a sign of angry also?
He is only day 5 of life, it is 2009 version. Overall it is impressive to have a smooth transition from birth, hatch and finally juvenile forms but sometimes i dont understand his behaviour like the one above.
I hv read somewhere that pleo tends to walk to the right but mine is different. It would vary, sometimes i noticed it walked straight but at other times it would look like L or S directions. The interesting point was that it would turn its head to the loud noise you made and then he would turn and walked to the source of sound but that didnot always happen also, i guess 2010 generation would improvise this feature.
it is also thrilled to experience how you could program pleo using skits and my daughter likes it so much.

Many of the things you've read are probably referring to the 2007 Pleo. Honestly I know nothing about the 2009 pleos, because I don't have one. Yet.
I try studying their behavior during certain situations, and listening to the sounds they make. It it's a loud yell or a growl, you kinda know they aren't happy.
(Also, the link below your movie is broken, grin. )

he rubbed his chin to the floor and i could hear as if he is munching/grazing. initially i thought he could be upset.

Nope, that's pretty much the sound of your pleo chewing it's cud. Like a cow. Pleos are vegetarians. :)
