It is the annual Kinetic Sculpture Race, part of the Memorial Day celbration, and Major Tom was on hand to watch some of the vehicles roll in before it got dark and any colder, They start fresh again on Sunday morning, but it will be in the bay...brrr, cold water is not for Major Tom!
