Post by: Rhymm555 on February 09, 2014, 04:26:45 PM
Hi
I met a power issue with my Pleo Rb :
bought 2 months ago, it recently refused to turn on ( even red) like there's no full charger batterie in it.
I've tried with 2 different fully charged batteries and samedi result....  :(
When i connect it to the PC in usb, he light on green 3sec then turn red ( i'm in Win7 64bts and i dont find any driver for
Pleo )
Have anyone met the  same issue as mine ? (Power button dont seems to  work anymore)
Please help... :-[

The best thing you can do is to contact Innvo a your little fellow will still be covered by the warranty.

Kat is right, you should contact Innvo, but also try cleaning the battery terminals, charger terminals and the terminals inside the battery compartment of your Pleo. There could be a bit of grime.

Thanks for yours advices. I'll try it.

I already have contacted InnoLabs but it seems that they don't realize the real issue i have (Pleo don't power on) as they send nearly always the same message (reinstall the firmware on a blank SD card ... blablabla set it in Pleo blabla then power on and wait 2 minutes...)  even after sending a video showing that i can't power it on...

There can be a bit of a language barrier sometimes with Innvo.  Maybe try telling them you tried what they asked but it didn't work and see if that gets a different response from them.
