Title: pleo problem

Hello everyone! I have a pleo, yesterday after a long time I tried to turn on pleo,
 but it has a few problems. I insert the battery into the battery charger, after a few minutes
 on the battery charger, the LED is green, the battery charged. obviously does not work.
I tried to insert the battery into a pleomorphic but gets a verse, unmoving.
I can not understand if I have to replace the battery
or the battery charger.
I can recommend?

What kind of pleo is it?  Pleo RB or Ugobe pleo? 
If it is a Ugobe pleo what kind of battery does it have? White or green?
The green batteries that come with the Ugobe pleos are very old and most of them are dead - no longer being able to hold a charge.  If you have one of these then you will need a new battery. 

If this is a pleo RB then have you inserted the foot clock battery?  The pleo wont work until this is inserted correctly.
