Hi all,
Is there a way to reset the pleo rb via usb? what software i have to use in order to do so and where I can find the reset files?

Unfortunately no. The RB needs power from its main battery in order to be updated, but the USB port is inside the battery compartment making it impossible to use both a USB and battery at the same time (it's a major design flaw in the RB). There are update files for the RB on the forums and you can update your RB using a 2GB micro SD card if you are having problems with it, but there is no way to reset your Pleo RB back to a baby and the reset files on the forums only intentionally brick your RB so it can be updated from a clean slate in case there is something seriously wrong with the firmware.
