Title: Is my new Herbie the Mousebot broken or only the Battery all?

Hello People,

I have a little problem with my Herbie the Mousebot, I have Herbie with the new 9 Volt Battery in Blue equipped sadly has Herbie not faster moves as he still the old Battery in it had. :(

What has my Herbie only is he broken or is only the Battery all? :(

Herbie is not broken or the Battery is all it was the IC been the broken now is under the 9 Volt Battery. :)
