Hi there, since I am still waiting for my Pleo to arrive, I have just a question
what is the correct info?
I doubt the 1st answer in http://www.pleoroom.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=130&highlight= is correct
(I already said this in my reply there)
Additionally I found here : http://science.howstuffworks.com/pleo7.htm taht the SD card is only for temporarily changes while for firmware upgrades/permanent stuff you have to use the USB port on Pleo.
Is this info still valid?

You can update using the sd card as well, in fact it is preferred by Ugobe over the usb cable.
Windows xp and vista will usually self install Pleo however if your computer does not recognize it for some reason just download and install the 1.1 usb updater, you don't need to use it to update your Pleo but it does include the driver.

Thanks!
However personalities are not permanent so when I remove the SID card he should act like by the firmware
Are the drivers packages including the x64 drivers for Vista / XP?

That's right, any personalities/skits are just temporary :) Once the SD is remove, Pleo will return to his usual lovable self :)
I would assume the drivers are compatible for the 64 versions. I'm not 100% positive though.

thanks, will check it out once it's here!
