to me it looks like its not limited edition just the same 2009 pleo just bring sold from Russia instead maybe with a different marking on the foot but that is all that would be different compared to the other 2009 pleos

As Anakey says this is not a new product. Pleoworld have been making and selling these guys since 2009. This is just advertising that they are now allowing them to be sold through their distributor in Russia. :)
