Breaking its neck?
how can i prevent this common problem from happening?

Will invo labs replace my pleo if this happens?

Some Ugobe Pleos have very healthy lives and never break anything. Hopefully, your Pleo will never have a problem.  Most Pleo owners did not do anything wrong. Just in the normal way a Pleo moves it's neck, somehow a cable wire broke.  There was nothing a caring Pleo owner could have done to prevent this in most cases.

I don't have the statistics on what percent of Ugobe Pleos broke their necks, but it was  worth it for Innvo Labs to do a redesign in the Pleo now for sale at pleoworld.com.  The new Pleo now for sale has a better neck and tail design to prevent breaking.

Generally, Pleos purchased on ebay are not covered by warranty.  To be find about about your Pleo, you will need to contact the Pleo distributor in your area.

Don't worry about it if there is no problem. Focus on what you enjoy most about your Pleo and write in about that and what you would like your Pleo to be able to do in the future.

i cant read deutch, but it looks like there is 24 months of ...warrenty?

And i do think pleo is new. Everything was sealed, in plastic, without scratches.

Bourqueenx, You are right. The Deutch says "You will receive an invoice including VAT. and it is insured for 24 months. It is German stock new." 
Tell me, what is the name and email address of the seller?

So i got warrenty if something goes wrong? and what will i need to do in case of i need the warrenty?

You will need to contact the ebay seller.

If you modify your battery pack, or use a modified battery pack with your Pleo, the seller may not help you.
