They are still cleaning up the mess ugobe left,  licensing, trademarks, etc 

A Big company has contact Jetta about marketing pleo in the UK, Europe and Middle
East.

Yay for errors That's good to hear I can imagine that getting everything swapped over to Jetta and such would be a bit of a nightmare However since they have all the equipment and such once that is sorted out they will be churning Pleo's out very quickly. I am sure they would be pushing to get everything done by the holiday season since it is the perfect time to recoup some losses from buying Pleo's rights. I do hope they get the media out there this time and don't rely on word of mouth.

It's good that Jetta is so committed  to relaunching Pleo and that a company is maybe going to be marketing Pleo's to people in Europe, Middle East and the UK. But relaunching next year! Now I can understand a bit because I know how hard it is to get legal issues sorted out but a year seems...so far away to me. Does this mean they won't be selling any pleo's at all? So if I want another Pleo I'll have to buy it used off of someone else? But maybe it's possible that stores such as RobotShop still have some Pleo's in stock...

amazon has them new.   Thats where I got Cammey and Cloey.

The Australian Robot shop still has them (as does Harvey Normans) and batteries as well, the ARS ships world wide too.

Hopefully Pleo will accually make it to New Zealand this time? I did get my battery through Australia. Wonder if when Pleo is relaunced they will change anything?

So if they're releasing Pleo in September it's safe to assume that the website will be fully available by then as well? It makes me worried about these forums. Won't they be less popular when the PleoWorld forums opens? :O I'm planning on using both forums but will anyone else?

Yes, Im still going to be here, and on Pleoworld, and the few other Pleo forums im on. (Oh yea, and my Plog too. )

PleoWorld site back up and functioning does not necessarily imply that they will set up forums.   Could just be the plogs, like Ugobe had it for a while.

These forums will stay, either way.  We're doing better than a number of the "official" pleo sites.

I'm glad Bob the Pleo Forums isn't planning on disappearing. I was really starting to get attached. I hope they at least start up the Plogs again, I never got the chance to use them.

You know, it really does amaze me we do not have more credit. We ARE the most popular pleo forum, and we have the most support if you ask me. Heck I never even go onto pleoroom because they're so immature. Bobthepleo is quite possibly the best site ever!! (for pleos??)
