« on: July 05, 2019, 03:00:09 PM »

Hello together,

-When I start the Pleo RB, he doesn’t work…. Nothing, no sound no moving.
-I assembled a new foot battery, and set the clock new at 12 am, but nothing.
What can I do? A new Software update?

When you first turn the pleo on, what color is the LED on the bottom?

Hallo Thomas,

Hello,
and thanks for the answers.
I had a different project that why I wasn´t the last few months her.
When i switch the Pleo on, the green light on the bottom is on.
And after them i can`t switch the Pleo off. I must disassemble the battery. It’s the one possibility to switch the Pleo of.
Best regards

Hi Chekobraun,

It sounds like the firmware is corrupt. The previous owner tried to reset to newborn or used UGOBE firmware other such mistake.  You might be able to write a skit on a sd card to copy the correct files to the Pleo.

Before doing any other action read all the forum entries on "bricked" Pleo.

Best Regards and good luck restoring your RB.
