I have a friend who works as a traveling singer. And whenever he is traveling near by, I always visit with him. Well, he had a couple of stops in the area this weekend, so I managed to catch up with him on Friday at a concert he was doing. By the end of the night, I left with a stack of his CDs, so I'm going to give one away here. We'll just do a random drawing. But before you jump in and sign up, let me tell you a little about him and his music. That way, you can decide if this is something you might actually listen to. If not, not point in entering . . .

His name is Danny Bishop and he's a singer and is one heck of a guitar player. He plays country; southern gospel. His voice is similar to Vince Gill, and his guitar playing has been compared to the legendary Chet Atkins. He toured for seven years with Jimmy Swaggart, playing guitar and singing, back in the 70s and 80s.
The CD is titled Guitar Jubilee, and is an instrumental work featuring his guitar playing. The songs are for the most part old church songs and hymns your gramma and grand-pappy would have sung in church . . . but these ain't exactly slow songs!

Anyway, if you would like to listen to this kind of music, we'll have a random drawing from the first 16 people to post a reply. Just say you want to enter, and pick a number between 0 and 15 that someone else hasn't already picked. Then, next Friday, I'll use four coins to randomly create a 4-digit binary number between 0000 and 1111. (don't worry about the details, it'll make sense when you see it !)
