Hello,

My son has got a new Pleo Rb. He has been playing normally seven days and Pleo. Since yesterday, the left rear leg is not working properly. It doesn't move when we power on or power off the Pleo. I discovered the PobeRb and ChangeRb apps yesterday. I tried ProbeRb and it reported Pleo was injured.

But I wasn't sure if that was the cause of the problem of the leg, because the leg didn't recover the stop position when I power off the Pleo. I thought this wasn't normal.

Then I tried ChangeRb and now Pleo is not injured. The behaviour of the leg is the same. Should the leg work now after changing the injured state?.

I reported the problem to Innvo Labs. I am waiting for the answer.

It may well be a disconnected wire. If anyone in your household is confident with a bit of electrical work you could roll the leg skin up and see if the wire is loose, and then reconnect it.

Thanks for your help. I have observed my Pleo (Franky) moves this leg only when I switch it on. This is the first leg it moves. After that he doesn't move the leg or he doesn't bend the knee anymore. I am not sure.
The leg doesn't recover the stop position when I switch it off.

I could try to fix it but it's insode the warranty period.

Do you think is broken?. Does ChangeRb change the injured state completely?

El meu pleo? ets de catalunya! jo també! Sobre lo de la cama, crec que es una cosa normal, a mi també em passa, a vegades es queda encallada, l'únic que has de fer es parar el teu pleo i posar la cama a la seva posició inicial, encara que crec que no t'he entès molt bé; podries explicar-te en català? . Si la seva cama segueix sense funcionar correctament, potser que sigui lo que diu inmemoryofromeo; però abans de treure-li la pell per veure el que passa jo probaria això primer  A més i a més el més segur és que no estigui trencada

Hola,

Soc valencià, però ens entenem encara que alguns diuen que parlem llengües diferents. Ja he canviat i carregat la bateria algunes vegades. Sempre es queda encallada. El que és curiós és que sempre mou primer aquesta pota al posar-lo en marxa, una mica enrerrere i es para.

Has fet alguna prova en el ChangeRb?. Quan vaig notar que la pota estava parada vaig provar aquest aplicatiu. Reportava Pleo injured, però vaig canviar l'estat per veure si funcionava.

Ara ja no està ferit, segons ChangeRb, però la cama seguix enganxada. Vaig a veure si puc trobar un squit per veure si funciona. Jo sí que pense que està trencada, però veurem.

Hello,

I hav tried the skin Walk the dinosaur dance and the leg works. Therefore itsn't a hardware problem. Maybe my mistake was to clear the injured state with the ChangeRb app. Any similar experiences?.

Tomorrow I am going to change the state again. I will set it to injured and wait.
Could I restore the values that Pleo had?. I did a back up before I changed it.

Hola! Potser que simplement la cama del teu pleo estiguès ''ferida'', i per tant, això comporta uns quants cicles de bateria donant-li de menjar la roca salada per tal de que retorni al seu estat inicial. I com tu has dit, amb el changeRB potser que hagis alterat el funcionament del pleo,etc. Esque aquest dinosaures són bastant delicadets , sel's ha de tractar com a éssers vius de veritat. Jo ho deixaria com al principi, ferit, i estaria donant-li de menjar la roca salada, potser no la voldrà, però si a la segona vegada que li ofereixes no l'accepta; haurà d'obligar-li a menjar-se-la. Et recomano que et llegeixis el manual, on parlen d'això. Si veus que no millora, comenta-ho.
