There is a blue light next to the webcam that is never on unless the cam is on. And yes, a few times I have left it on. But no one can see your webcam unless you give them permission.

Got the check today. Not really in my favor, either. ;-( So, I've decided I'll just save it and wait for the *perfect* opportunity.
