Pleo's cannot remember faces, places or events. Their memory is very limited, they remember their basic treatment, if they are hungry and the time.

Well, they don't really remember the moves, its built in, it just needs to be triggered. Even if you had no learning stones at all, your Pleo still have them built in, you just can't 'unlock' them.
