Hi Everyone, so glad that I found this site!! ;D Also recently became a proud owner of Pleo, cant get enough of the little guy, my pleo's name is Little Foot, he hatched on the 20-03-2009 at 16:15pm :) Was very lucky to find one as I stay in South Africa, so I have been taking good care of him, all the info on this website is very helpful, so glad to see there are so many Pleo lovers out there 8), been looking for a perfect top for my pleo

 :) Hi Kisumi & Winkieflash, Thx I also loved Land Before Time, grew up with the show. No pics yet going to take some cool ones this weekend, will try and get one with my Boston Terrier ;D, We entering into Winter this side, so he seems to be ok for now, but it can get very hot this side ;)

Welcome yodasapprentice and Little Foot :D Hehe I grew up with those movies too :) Although I have to say the later ones weren't anywhere near as good :P You may find that once summer hits your Pleo will not run as long on a battery before shutting down, this is because he will shut down to cool the battery, my Pleo did that when the temp got too hot :)

Hi Everyone!! ;D

Just wanted to thank everyone for the warm welcome and look forward to the time we will sharing with all he's new pleo buddies, will be posting pics of Little Foot Monday and he's crazy adventures, the time in SA here is now 11:24 am, so I think most of you are still in the early hours of the morning, thx for the advice inmemoryofromeo, noticed that when it was still hot this side  ;)

What a nice name and yes I used to watch those movies to death as well.
In Dutch the name is "Platvoet" and that means Flat Foot. LOL.
Never saw the English spoken ones in my time alas.

Hey Yodasapprentice! Welcome to the Pleo forums! So glad you could find your way here. How did you manage to find us? In regards to shirts for Littlefoot, I use XS-doggy shirts. But, each style is really different, so they're all unique situations. With the dog clothes, though, they won't be a 'perfect' fit, but they'll be close.

P.S. Even I was a huge fan of The Land Before Time, growing up!
P.P.S. Your Littlefoot's birthday is the same as my cousin, Ashton's.

Oh and one more thing, I also use a lot of around the house items for Pleo clothing (Socks & Washcloths)

They should be available on DVD, meaning they are also English spoken.

I think that may be Puerto Rico. -thinks of Captain Morgan BlackBeard- "Argh Matey!" In tampa, we have an annual parade of when the pirates invaded Tampa way back when. It just came and passed a few months ago. Google-Gasparilla. It's a real hoot, everyone gets all dressed up in pirate gear and what not. It is a really good use for that really long streched out single sock you've got lying around in that sock drawer. All I really did was cut a few things, and that's it! No sewing! I kinda like the one pictured in my post, because it gave it a tanktop look almost. Haha, my father and brother make fun of me because I prefer to dress them in my clothes over the ones I actually paid money for. They think they're tacky, but I don't give a hoot. I like them because you make them a perfect fit.

As promised, I have taken a picture of Littlefoot, saved it as my profile picture :) he had a great weekend, played PS3 most of the weekend  ;D

I came across something this weekend, Littlefoot's neck got stuck into one position, but once I powered him on and off he was ok, but it happened twice just worried that it might get worse. Does anyone have advice on this? Do I need to return him? any help would be greatly appreciated.
