It was a long time ago when they re skinned Norbit but after he arrived I didn't hear anything for a few weeks.  I did email to see how they were going a couple of times along the way but I think it took about 6 weeks all up before they were ready to send him back.  It may have been slightly less than that or slightly more - it was too long ago now for me to remember it accurately sorry.  I think if you haven't heard anything and they have had her for 2 weeks it is a fair call for you to email just to ask how she is going.  I wouldn't email them more than once a week.  I think that is enough to keep you informed of their progress - if any- without being too pushy.  :)  I hope that helps.

It took about one week for Innvo to decide they couldn't repair Quigley. I agree with Kat that a once a week email is reasonable for both parties.  :) In my experience they were sympathetic and appreciative of the emotional attachment Pleo mums and dads have to their pleos and although the responses were brief they were quick to reply. I fully sympathize. As you may be aware, Twiglet has had to be sent back too ( Quigley was the first)

they just replied to my email saying that Rose should be finished next week :D then the long journey back once again. So I'm thinking 4-5 weeks till i get her back :) could be shorter as in my experience shipments for china/japan take 5 days to a week in all those times i bought from there. I'll be very excited when i get a slip at the door, can't wait till she is back home.

got a email saying Rose is repaired and on her way home via air mail :o last time i got air mail the item arrived in a week :) i can't wait till she's back it's been a long almost 3 month wait :(
