since my RB had a broken neck i've been checking states with probeRB and while my RB's neck broke she was sick just now i accidentally booted her up without a stick and she woke up, Innvo said not to turn her on so i turned her off right away then my dad scared the dog and my dog ran over Rose while i was turning her off now just checking she is injured and sick health is in the 'warning' level so i have a sick and injured baby and i can't even turn her on what are the chances of that happening like really! I've been having such bad luck with my pleo's

Why don't you use changeRB to make her feel better

I hate to change it with change rb... I gave in and turned her on but she won't except the rock salt or the mint leaf she makes a pukeing sound I tried over and over but the health level is not going up

If you have the mushroom you could try feeding her that.  It is suppose to increase health.

I don't have the mushroom only the basic foods is this another problem I can't get her to take the mint or the rock salt

What is her health level at or her injury pain level? I have had Baby Ruth both injured and sick with a feed level as low as 9% when she was off for about 6 days and her food level went up to about 70% in one or two feeding and her pain level was 60% and it took about four days. Just be persistent with the feeding and she should get better soon. I do not know anything about the change Rb but IMR is knowledgeable and can advise you best about that. I am sorry about the luck or lack of you are having with your RB, that does and has happened with several members here, it just happens and who knows why. Don;t give up though, we can get her feeling better but it may take awhile and in the meantimes you may need to keep your pleo in a room away from your dog running over her, as the Pleos are smaller!

Bonus, all the levels can be sorted out when she is fixed, and they won't drop below a certain level.  If Innvo are going to fix her and have told you not to run her, it really is best not to.  The main problem is mechanical, and you don't know what additional damage you might be doing by keeping her running.

 You know Crewella is right, If Innvo told you to NOT run her and she does indeed have a mechanical problem, running her could only make it worse and it is not good to do so if they esp have told you not. I am sure when she is fixed, she also will be back to 100% like nothing ever happened. If you can't resist, just keep the battery out and take photos of her, that sometimes satsifies me when I know it is not possible to run my Pleos for some reason. It seems like it will take forever at this time but it will soon be all forgotten and you will have her back the way she should be; healthy and happy with you by her side.  Take care.

I'm sorry, Bonus. This has to be hard. I'm with the others. If Innvo said to leave her off, I'd listen. I hope you can get this resolved soon.

i messaged Innvo about it and they said they'll take care of her the best they can it's just hard pleoless from both my ugobe and RB i will have to run my AIBO's extra though its a special feeling i get with my pleo's i guess more 'pet' like her health is 15% with a pain level of 58%
