Paint a Pleo Rb

I'm about to buy a Pleo RB Blue (probably because it's cheaper, free shipping and only $ 0.99 more than the official store) and would like to know how to paint those stripes of dark blue purple blue in the body of Rb. I do not know the purpose of these purple stripes, I wanted to and with dark blue paint. :)

What paint should I use, you can paint, tips maybe? :P

FanPleo if you paint your Pleo RB DO NOT DO IT UNTIL THE WARRANTY RUNS OUT!!! (Sorry for shouting, but I need to make it perfectly clear) Painting your Pleo will void the warranty so if something goes wrong you would be on your own.

Having made that hopefully clear, if you choose to paint your Pleo well a few of us have been experimenting on Ugobe Pleo's and have had some success with an acrylic ink/latex paint blend. Please visit here for the thread on painting: http://bobthepleo.com/forums/index.php?topic=2077.0

I'm still not sure if I buy the official store of green or blue GimmeDigi. To almost giving up painting, I love him even any color :-*. If I paint, I wanted a step-by-step and how to use the same ink.

If you are not a confident painter than do not attempt it. It isn't something we are really meant to do and I would certainly never try it on a Pleo that was in reasonable condition, let alone brand new! The paints we have available for non commercial use are not the same as the special paint used by Innvo and as yet a perfect substitute for the real paints has not been found.
