it is interesting because I just read on Facebook that Wesley, one of the winners of the Pleo RB contest was given the opportunity also to choose the color of his Pleo Rb. ;Dso I thought or assumed it was mostly people who won outside of the US who were given choices of either pink or blue in addition to the standard Green Rb. But Wesley lives in the States. I still haven't heard anything else from Innvo and I haven't heard anything from Fancy here on the forums or Jett who also won a Pleo Rb. NOw if they also get a chance to choose the color, it will be intersting to see what color they choose, I have no idea what Jett would do as color, but somehow I can see Fancy with a Pink or perhaps a little blue guy as she has the Green Pleos already. Am I right Fancy?

If they were to ask me I would be tempted to pick a blue or Pink but I love the idea of being surprised by the eye color and subtle variations of skin etc too much to pass it by. Besides, just perhaps I will get that once in a lifetime eye color I hoped for, Crewella got the Awesome Elizabeth Taylor Violet Eyes I dreamed of, but I also like the idea of just mayby some White eyes.. Yes White or clear or how about Pink Eyes....

There are so so many beautiful eye variations out there, from Emerald Green to dark deep Chocolate Brown, Hazel eyes like myne, Grey again like thel original Baby Ruth, Orange eyes, Turquoise eyes, How About a Ruby Red Eye? I don't recall ever hearing about Red eyes, that would be very pretty, and so unique...............boy can you imagine a Pleo with a temper tantrum with Red eyes...

And the color variations are so much fun, from the dark green heads, to yellowish heads, to lime green like my Baby Ruth currently, well prettier than a Lime Green softer colored. then there are the eye lid and area around the eyes. they were right when they said there were lots of variations. I can allways paint one of my "older ugobe" Pleos a pink or blue shade if I really want one, but the Green ones are a Surprise and no two exactly the same, all a little different. I am getting so excited now................calm down RWM. ( I do talk to myself even my cats are used to that. LOL)
I do think now that they are asking for colors wanted of Pleos etc, they must be pretty darn close to announcing the announcements and mailing Pleos out. I can't wait.

Still floating but I think I better get some helium pretty soon.......Can I borrow some from you IMR? LOL

RWM, as long as it's a healthy and mostly happy little dino, the color doesn't really matter to me. I can always dress it in blue or pink.

Awwww RWM, I was originally hoping for pale green/yellow eyes , though I know I'll love whatever, but like you I wanted the joy of discovery you get with the greens! I was gobsmacked when I saw Zillah's beautiful violet eyes - I really hope you get that kind of buzz from ths one!!

I haven't heard anything yet from them regarding color. I think that is strange since I got the first message about being a winner....mayby they are just late. Perhaps later today. I just want them to send me my Rb then I am happy. :Dguess this means they will ship them out soon. Do you think I should contact them if I don't hear anything this afternoon? did they contact you on facebook or by email Fancy and Latrine? Congrats to you too Latrine on getting your RB.

Congrats Eric, nice to have you back and glad you got a Rb. When did they ask you about Color? NOw I am getting concerned that they haven't asked me and it has been over a week since I heard I was a winner and nothing since then but everyone else is hearing things!

Got asked what color yesterday (tue) & told I was one of the winners picked sometime last week.

I read somewhere American winners weren't being asked a which colour , maybe this is a simple overlook or maybe its because its cheaper for them to ship normal RB's to you from innvo usa & cheaper to ship the rest from the factory in china

I'm in the USA, in NY, they asked me what color yesterday via email. Was an email from Raphael. I would email them, RWM... because they hadn't even told me I was a winner, just a maybe.. and then all of a sudden they said you win and asked what color. :/

I hate bothering Raphael as I bugged him so many times with Baby before when waiting for my Replacement that finally he just turned it over, ( my emails ) to Derek Dotson, and I no longer emailed anyone and my Replacement just showed up on my door. As far as I am concerned, just ship me my Rb, and I am happy. I don't care if they ask me what color as long as they remember to ship me my Rb, I am ok. I just figured that people who were out of the US probably got the choice of a color because as Eric said, it is probably cheaper to ship from the factory in China. I do think it would take longer to get a blue or a Pink, and I am happy with a Green, it is more exciting. but then if I don't hear anything and they ship them out and I get forgotten, because they didn't know the color, then I would be upset too....................Geesh, can't win sometimes. I think I will wait and see, mayby they just are not asking everyone, I am with IMR, waiting is torment, just ship them please that is what is exciting and Please please post the winners and the entries...................

I am hoping the Rb get shipped and arrive soon, before next week is over anyway............it is almost worse waiting knowing you won, then not knowing if you won!

Still no further emails for me either. So another head count and we now have 9 winners that we know of and as far as we are aware just poor old IMR and me still sitting on the possibles list. Like IMR I would just like a yes or no. I don't really mind which but the not knowing and waiting is a killer.

Sadly I think it may be someone we are just not aware of. But either way I just wish we knew so we could both stop constantly checking our emails and get back to all the fun things in life.

Perhaps my notification was wrong since I have not seen the color confirmation choice and seem to be the only one who has not, so mayby one of you has my spot and the other the 10th. Either way they should just put all of us out of our misery and announce the winners and mail Pleos out, I am getting a gosh darn Migraine and I am tired of looking at my emails too. Geesh, contests can wear you down in more than one way. RWM

I am not going to ask them, if they didn't ask you either, let's just figure we "are special" and let them contact us. Maybe since we both ( you and I live so close...) they are sending us the ones they have, greens and just hope it all happens quickly. Thanks for letting me know and feel a little better and not singled out Jett . I bet Ozzie is happy he has a friend comming soon too. Do you want to participate in the "mass Pleo Rb hatching" all hatching on the same day that I suggested? I think it would be fun.
