I think contacting their lawyer is a good idea but I dont think we will be getting Pleo back fixed though

Its so sad to hear that UGOBE has filed for bankruptcy because I really love my Linus.

*fingers crossed* Lets hope something good does come of it. If Pleo were bought by a larger company the future for our little robot pals might not be so bleak

But sadly all this auctioning, refinancing, organizing etc takes time and then there is restaffing, advertising (I do hope that the people who buy it get some serious advertising done) the organization of production, software (the list is endless) it is unlikely that we will hear much about Pleo for months.

i emailed Bruce MacIntyre, the lawyer mentioned in the statesman story, and he gave me the name of the trustee in charge of the chapter 7.

Setting the right time was always a problem, they were hard to read on a cloudy day, and they were heavy too!
